REPAIR/ MAINT OF VARIOUS TUBE WELLS, CLEANING OF UNDERGROUND SUMP, FILTER BED, OVER HEAD TANK, AIR TERMINATION, AVIATION LIGHT AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN

M&L for cleaning of internal surface of underground sump of water reservoir 50,000 Gallons capacity by removing silt, all scales by scraping & cleaning, washing with water and make the surface neat and clean, and applying two coats of lime wash on internal and external surface writing date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Loc:- Main Pump House, Baffle Range. Note :- Cleaning of tank shall be done through a mechanised water cleaning system for all . Cleaning process as under :- (i) Dewatering of over head tank by drain out pipe. (ii) Mechanized removal of all remaining dirty water by high capacity pump set. (iii) Removel of sludge by vacuum operated pump. (iv) Cleaning of wall,ceiling and bottem of tank by high pressure rotary jet 120 bars pressure (v) Removal of all dirty particles by Industrial Wet Vacuume cleaner leaving the tank 99.9% physically cleaned. (vi) Sterilization of tank by eco- Friendly biodegradable and highly effective anti bacterial non toxic agent approved By NTC (National Toxicology Center) against all pathogens agent of tank clean. (vii) All the sludge material/Fungus removed from the underground sump/semi underground sump and over head tank will be removed outside the defence land from the site. (viii) All T & P required for the cleaning of tank/Sumps will be arrange by the contractor. (ix) The work will be got executed from the reputed specialized water tank cleaner as approved by GE. (x) Removing old and Writing with bold letters such as "TANK CLEANED ON ---Date by synthetic enamel paint. (xi) The cost of the same shall be deemed included in the respective items.

All as per item no. 1 above but for of ground level water reservoir 1,50,000 Gallons capacity (04 Nos), 3.8 m deep and size 19.4m X 12.7 m complete all as specified and directed. Loc:- Booster Pump House.

All as per item no. 1 above but for of RCC overhead tank of 50,000 gallons capacity upto 24 mtr high staging complete all as specified and directed. Loc:- Bharuwala Lal Tank, Bharuwala old.

All as per item no. 1 above but for of RCC overhead tank of 1,00,000 gallons capacity upto 24 mtr high staging complete all as specified and directed. Loc:- Booster Pump House, Jungle Area, Perry Estate, 514 ASC Bn, 14 IDSR (New), ASC Tank Area, 02 Para (New).

All as per item no. 1 above but for of RCC overhead tank of 3,00,000 gallons capacity upto 24 mtr high staging complete all as specified and directed. Loc:- Booster Pump House.

Preperation of old outer/external surface of RCC overhead tank (OHT) of 50,000 gallons capacity including staging and connected items such as inlet, outlet, overflow pipes, sluice valves, NRV, Air valves, gate valves, MS articles such as bracing/brackets etc, ladders, grills, and all other connected items within the fencing of OHT and applying with two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) including staging (Columns + beams) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code to all the steel and iron surface articles such as inlet/outlet, overflow pipes and connected valves brackets etc. Work to be carried out upto 24 mtr height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The work will be got executed from the reputed specialized water tank painters as approved by GE. ii) Preparation includes rubbing, scrapping, filling of putty and repair to minor cracks/joints with cement plaster, seal bond chemicals etc.(iii) Required T&P shall be contractor's own arrangement. (iv) Writing with bold letters such as "SAVE WATER, SAVE LIFE " in the middle portion of tank by synthetic enamel paint in blue/green colours. (v) Labour risk cost / insurance shall be done by the contractor / specialized agency. (vi) The cost of the same shall be deemed included in the respective items.
