Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m
Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-25 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)
Back filling behind Abutments ,Wing walls & Return walls complete as per drawing &technical specification etc complete.
Providing & laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with 40mm metal providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall etc. complete.
Finishing wall surface with waterproof cement paint of aproved shade 2 coats including watering, curing,cost of all materials & labour etc.
Dismetalling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviciaable and unserviceable materials separately.
Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing
Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.
Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS 1 using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.
Providing 20 mm thick primix carpet over prepared surface using a total quantity of 0.23 cum of 12 mm to 6 mm chips with 1.59 kg of bitumen for 0.028 cum of chips and tack coat of 9.07 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10 sqm and compacting with 8T-10T power roller etc complete.
Providing an laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve aalysis and 6.8Kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixer, tar boiler with cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete.
Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
