CIVIL WORK

Dismantling Interlocking/cement concret or brick or granolithic floors including base concret and including stacking of dismentaled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge within distance of 60 meters (200 feet) as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI.No. 697.

Earth work in filling in ordinary soil (Carted Earth), excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming & dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 8 KM the earth cutting to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m distance as per directed by Engineer in charge as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI.No. 253.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per S.I. No. 251.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm, gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in fondation including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 281.

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 305.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density,complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

Relaying of old 80mm thick I Shaped Mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200 x (160+120) mm with minimum 5mm thick topping of D.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPa & kg/no. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SOR-2017 S.I. No. NS-1 (c).

Supply and laying of 80mm thick rubber mould Zig Zag Shaped Mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 250 x 125mm with minimum 5mm thick topping of D.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPa & kg/no. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per SOR NS-2(ii)
