Taking down carefully, copper / aluminium conductor unserviceable / perished point wiring (any type) for light/ fan/ light socket or power socket etc complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendant holders, bracket holder, light fittings, regulators etc, including making good to disturbed surfaces of wall/floor etc, complete, all as specified & directed.

Point wiring with multi stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable single core of 1.5 Sqmm drawn into and including PVC concealed conduit 'ISI marked' of 20mm dia medium grade as required, fixed in concealed surface of wall/ceiling including cutting chases as required, terminated in pressed steel sunken box having wall thickness as directed suitable for housing of switches, socket, regulator etc, covered with 3mm thick bakelite 'hylam' laminated sheet cover complete with all accessories including single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor (green colour) and connected to earth dolly for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch using proper colour coding, complete all as specified & directed.
