REPAIR AND MAINT OF INTERLOCKING TILES AND HARD STANDING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT TECH AREA AT UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO. 1

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid bocks, exceeding 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of debris outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces (exterior weather coat) paint in normal/camouflage pattern as directed by Engr-in-Charge of any tint as approved over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving’s not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and paving’s etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rubber moulded chequered glazed cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in road / hard standing of thickness 150mm including steel formwork and finishing the surface using floater etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
