Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and curing complete All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper ,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals..

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints , i/c chicken mesh and preparing the plastering surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and placing on terrace(at all floor levels ) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, 1000 ltr capacity with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc External work 15 mm dia nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete 1 5 mm nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) 15 mm nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.10 litre capacity - White as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15 mm nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
