PART A -Constructing cable duct and extension of boundary wall at left bank road side of LP dam

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in all kinds of soil as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with Cement Concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15◦ landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge..

Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) etc. complete excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.40 mm thick as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, for embedment’s in the trench walls, cable support etc. fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge..

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail (GI pipes) of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with 12 mm Cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with a floating coat of neat cement as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand):Flush/ Ruled pointing as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete.60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3) on wall surface as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3) of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two coats on new steel work including scrapping cleaning and priming coat of Epoxy Zinc Chromate primer on steel, galvanised iron or steel work as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint two coats (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including scrapping, cleaning, one coat Zinc Phosphate primer, preparation of surface where ever required, etc. complete on old steel work.as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Part B - Providing Trussed Roof for Spillway Gate Hoisting Platform

Dismantling steel work manually / by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow hot finished seamless type tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3) two coats at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including scrapping, cleaning, one coat Zinc Phosphate primer, preparation of surface where ever required, etc. complete on old steel work as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge..

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.&0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC semicircular / rectangular 150mm or nearest dia /size rain water gutter with uPVC/MS brackets of 40x10 mm or nearest available size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes, painting the MS brackets, nut, bolts etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge..

Rain water down pipe from roof top using uPVC ,10kg/cm2,110mm dia including all cost of material, labour charges, accessories etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Part C - Re Painting of Gantry crane

Removing the rust and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs the scratches and remove the deeply corroded portion with scrapping machine etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Brand as specified in Table 1.2 of Annexure 3)two coats at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including scrapping, cleaning, one coat Zinc Phosphate primer, preparation of surface where ever required, etc. complete on old steel work as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling R.C.C. battens placed as counter weight on the Gantry Crane for cleaning the same and replace the RCC battens back to the Gantry crane carefully without any damage to the installations including all cost of material, labour charges etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC pipes, 40 mm, 10 kg/cm2 for encasing the cable run from the top of Gantry Crane including all cost of material, labour charges etc. complete as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Checking and repairing the electric panel board, all electric wiring, electric cables connected electric motors for the moving of the crane and hoisting arrangements and wiring with the existing wire through the newly laid pipe (excluding cost of pipe) as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning the RCC Batten counter weight of the gantry crane by removing dirt, dust, bird excretion, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. including washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning the machine operated water jet without causing any damage to the surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect including taking precautions to safe guard structure, all as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Servicing of the mechanical parts, wire ropes etc., and repairing cable windings unit as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, laying, crimping and connecting 4 core 6mm armoured copper cable as per specifications, including all types of legs, nuts, washers, bolts etc. and as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, laying, crimping and connecting 4 core 4mm armoured copper cable as per specifications, including all types of legs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. and as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fabricating and supplying metal sheet covering to motor and panel board for operating the gantry crane as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Charges for dismantling the existing motors including separating the stator and rotor, blowing out dust and grit from winding, cleaning with petrol, attending minor repairs, taping the coils where ever necessary heating and testing the winding, varnishing the winding with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and lubricating the bearings etc. for Over hauling of 3HP motor fitted with the crane for moving and lifting as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
