Rendering training and assigning Team of Resource person/s for supervision of maintaining NABL accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 of District Water Testing Laboratories under PHE Dte, Government of WEst Bengal (drinking water quality testing of Government Chemical Laboratory for 11 mandatory parameters), as and when required basis for a period of one year from the date of comencement , as per below details: Time to time Guidelines for Laboratory Setup protocol to ensure strengthing of laboratory (Instrument list, Class/Accuracy & Suppliers Name) and as per requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 To conduct in-house Refresher course on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as per mandatory requirement of NABL To supervise and assist for preparation & record of General Documentation as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz. - Reviewing and Up-dating of Quality Manual - Reviewing and Up-dating of Test Procedure / Method verification/ Statistical evaluation of test result validity To supervise and assist for preparation & record of Technical Documentation as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz. -Uncertainty re-calculation - Record follow up and update To supervise and assist for Quality Managers Records as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz. - Management Review Meeting (MRM) - Internal Audit - Review & Follow-up Intermediate check - Review & Follow-up Inter-laboratory test comprision, PT test support - Review & Follow-up Replicate test To supervise and assist for Document control as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz. To supervise and assist adoptation of new procedure /guideline/protocol laid fresh or amended by NABL in relation to continue NABL accreditation of drinking water quality testing laboratory.Any other non-conformance closing related to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for continuing NABL accreditation (Government drinking water quality testing of accreditated chemical parameters)

Calibration of measuring Instruments Traceable to standard reference material & as per requirements of NABL guideline for the Equipments required for 11 mandator and other optional parameters (whereever applicable) including Refrigerator, Oven, Weight Box, Burette, Pipette of different volume, Volumetric Flask of different volume , Measuring Cylinder of different volume, Thermometer & any other measuring instruments required for calibration as per NABL traceability & conformity.

NABL related expenses for PT Testing for general parameters & heavy metals or inorganic non-metallic parameters which ever applicable, Annual Surveilliance/Renewal Pre-Audit & Final Audit fees, Annual NABL Accreditation fee, Logistic expenses for Audit for District Level Water Testing Laboratory who are already NABL accreditated status.

Supply of Sodium carbonate volumetric standard, secondary reference material for acidimetry, traceable to NIST / Metrological traceability

Supply of Calcium carbonate volumetric standard. secondary reference matenal for complexometry, traceable to NIST Standard Reference Material / Metrological traceability

Supply of Sodium chloride volumetric standard, SRM for argentometry, traceable SRM

Supply of Turbidity Standard Non Ratio, 1000 NTU, certified by ISO 17025 Accredited test Method. NIST traceable/ Metrological traceability , 500 ml

Supply of Total Dissolved Solid / Potassium Chloride, CRM, NIST Traceable, 500 ml/5 gm

Supply of Certified traceable to SI unit of Pt-Co Color Units Calibration Standard CRM, 100 ml

Supply of Arsenic standard solution traceable to SRM from NIST / Metrological traceability 1000 μg/ml, 125 ml

Supply of Iron standard solution traceable to SRM from / Metrological traceability 1000 μg/ml, 125 ml

Supply of Manganese standard solution traceable to SRM from NIST/ Metrological traceability 1000 μg/ml, 125 ml

Supply of Copper standard solution traceable to SRM from NIST/ / Metrological traceability 1000 μg/ml, 125 ml

Supply of Fluoride standard solution traceable to SRM from NIST/ Metrological traceability 1000 mg/l

Technical Training and Documentation thereoff as per 7.7.1 of ISO/IEC: 17025: 2017 for NABL Accreditation or Continuation of Accreditation of each additional parameter (over 11 mandatory water testing parametrs) at the time of NABL assessmeent for District Water Testing Laboratory including Technical documentation and support during PT testing for same parameter.

Providing consultancy services including supply of necessary instruments, chemicals and glassware for NABL accreditation of any District Laboratory as per ISO/IEC: 17025:2017 Protocol under PHE Directorate

Providing outstanding (Previous year) NABL Annual Accreditation fees Rs. 24000/- to Quality Counceil of India for Uttar Dinajpur, Paschim Medinipur, Murshidabad, Dakhin Dinajpur District Laboratory including 10% Agency profit & 18% GST

Providing outstanding (Previous year) NABL Assessment charges (Overhead charges Rs. 11000/-, Honorarium of Lead Assessor charges Rs. 5500/- for 2 days & Honorarium of Technical Assessor/Expert charges Rs. 5000/- for 2 days) to Quality Counceil of India for Uttar Dinajpur, Paschim Medinipur, Murshidabad, Dakhin Dinajpur District Laboratory including 10% Agency Profit & 18% GST
