Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and Laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm.dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G I Pipe from earth electrode includingconnection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and Fixing 4.00 mm.dia copper wireon surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x60 cm at the bottom and 50 cmx 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply and Laying of 1800mmx900mmx12mm thick chequered rubber matting of tested quality

Providing Laying and fixing G.I. pipes(Medium Class) complete with G.I. fittings of size 100 mm dia including trenching(75 cm deep) and refilling etc. ForU/G cable protection as required.

Supply for laying in existing trench/ surface/ wall PVC insulated and PVC sheathes XLPE armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade ISI marked, aluminium conductor electric cable including connection testing etc complete in all respect as required and directed by engineer In charge of following sizes-

Supplying and fixing four pole on load change over switch of 250 A, 415 V including M.S. Sheet steel enclosure on surface or in recess, complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and installation of 300 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, convenient sections, jointed with connectors , suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts and nuts etc. as required.

Supplying and installation of 300 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray “bends” (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, convenient sections, jointed with connectors , suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts and nuts etc. as required.

Excavating trenches of required width for taking out existing cable from the trench upto 1.5 m depth including getting out the excavated soil, relaying the cable in the same trench with existing protective covering including returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50m,dressing of sides all as required for pipe ,cable etc.not exceeding 80mm dia.

Supply and Making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kv grade as required
