Demolition of brick work in cement mortor above G.L upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable material with in 50 meters lead.

Dismantiling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material with in 20 mtrs lead a) For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Dismantiling G I Sheet roofing including ridges hips valleys gutters etc stacking the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 20mtr lead

Dismantiling steel work upto span of 10mtr and height between ridges and floor and floor level up to five meters in single section including dismentling and stacking the materials with in 20mtr lead in channels angles tees and flats

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in . a) Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness , all as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including s carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals complete in all respect .

b) Beams cantilever girders and lintels side and soffits of beams ,beams haunchings, cantilevers ,bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all heights from floor as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20cm wide as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge Inculdings carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals complete in all respect .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement:one point five sand:three graded stone 20 mm in size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- Suspended Floors, roofs, landings shelves and their supports,balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilever for all floors , complete as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete for all floors including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .

Brick work using second Class common burnt clay building bricks, in cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand ) in super structure including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Half bricks masonry using second class common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(one cement :four sand )in super structure up to all floor levels including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Providing Deodar wood work in frames of doors ,windows and clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixing position with Hold fast lugs or with dash fastner of required dia and length (hold fast shall be paid for separately).

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for hold fasts,embedding hold fast in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cmwith cement concrete1:3:6 (one cement:three sand:six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size),painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete , including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeters )thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows, including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws of second class deodar wood including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm ( zero point sixty milimeters) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zink coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster ( RNP ) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted screws complete with all accesoriees as required as per the directon of engineer in charge including carriage of material with in all leads lifts in all floors

Distempering (two coats )with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surfaces even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer with in all leads lifts carriage of material and other incidentals complete in all respect in all floors.

Distempering one coat with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on decorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease ,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead , red oxide/zinc oxide crome including carriage of material with in all leads, lift and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat )on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint other then white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter including entire carriage of material with in all lead lifts and other incidentals

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mix paint brushing wood pink primer after and including preparing he surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt an other foreign matter sand papering and knotting etc complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.
