Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable LED street light fittings with brackets fixed on HT/LT/Street light poles, repairing after cleaning and replacing the un-serviceable parts and refixing / reconnecting after replacing wires / jumpers as required for proper functioning of street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Parts replaced shall be measured and paid for as "Supply only" here-in-after. (ii) Cost of replacement of wornout wire of the fittings and connections as per existing size of conductor of the each fittings shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted of this item.

S&F in repair street light brackets made out of 40mm dia light grade GI tubing, bent to shape length not less than 1.20 metre fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repair cable jointing box made of Fibre reinforced plastic FRP sheet 2mm thick, size 30x25x15 cm with aluminium busbar of 20x3 mm size for three phase connection fixed on porcelain insulator single grip type with door and locking arrangement mounted on hinges and fixed on pole with clamps, nuts, bolts etc painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over acoat of red oxide zink crome primer including taking down old unserviceable box complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in deep for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc, and getting out in any type of soil including stone putty etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC Sheathed armoured aluminium conductor of any size from trenches / ducts / pipe, on wall, poles and removing unserviceable cable/conductor from the site complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing including passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole or laid in trenches of 4 core 16 sqmm LT underground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC Sheathed armoured aluminium conductor including connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand(tibba sand) in trenches for cushioning to UG LT cable and punning to provide required cover to UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and not less than 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting of street light pole up to 2 mtr height with alternative layer of white and black paint with two coat of synthetic enamel paint and marking of Pole No on pole atleast 100mm wide with black color all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Trimming of tree branches, girth n. exc 30 cm up to two meter distance from line conductor complete in all respect including cleaning the ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete,making good road surface excavated during laying cable etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pedestal of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, connection and testing of Integral decorative LED bollard with opal acrylic with IP 65 protection. with necessary electric connection complete MAKE:- Bajaj, Model: TULIP 111284 BGBOM 650 9W LED Warm white including the taking down of old unserviceable LED bollard light all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
