M & L for concealed point wiring , with 1.5 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated(red for phase and black for neutral) sheathed , multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 sqmm green in colour PVC insulated multy stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire drawn through in and including PVC conduit and connected to common earth bus including factory made zink coated passed steel terminal box flush type of thickness not less than 3.00mm( required as per site condition), for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators, bell push etc and including all other fixing accessiories including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 01 above but for one exhaust fan and using PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated & shathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade FRLS of size 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) each drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size for flame proof wiring complete with flame proof accessories with one 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulate solid copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade FRLS as earth continuity wire, for one light point controlled by one flame proof switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch flameproof rotary type with terminal box in LM6, 16 A , Single pole 230 Volt complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush button single pole, one way 15/16 Amp, complete all 230V AC as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush button single pole, one way 5/6 Amp, 230V ACcomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite 65x50 mm three terminal complete all as directed.

Taking down old unservisable BER exhaust fan of any type and deposite to MES store yard complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing high performance metal body exhaust fan 380 mm sweep, 1400 RPM , 240 volts AC , 50 Hz, heavy duty with suitable size MS sheet louver including connecting up to ceiling rose/ connector by three core sheathed copper conductor cable of suitable size , making good the disturbed surface to its original specification from both inner and outer side of wall and four nos suitable size nuts, bolts and washer with proper grouting in wall complete all as directed. Make :- USHA Model No. 380MM S.PH TURBO HDEF 1400RPM ISI or equivalent model of make Bajaj/Havells.

Supply and fixing Flame proof high performance metal body heavy duty Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep with louver shutters,0.50 HP motor single phase, 1440 RPM, AC 230V, 50 Hz with suitable size MS sheet louver including upto ceiling rose/ connector by three core sheathed coper conductor cable of suitable size including making good the disturbed surface to its original specification from both inner and outer side of wall and four Nos suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers with proper grounting in wall comlete all as directed. Make :- Sudhir Cat No. EF/140 or equivalent model of make Bajaj/Crampton.

Supply only 400 mm sweep white pedastal fan Havells suitable of 230V, AC ideal with all accessories including necessary clamps etc coplete all as specified and as directed. Make :- USHA Model No. 400 HELIX (HIGH SPEED 2200 RPM or equivalent of Bajaj/Havells.

Taking down old unserviceable BER split type AC of any capacity and depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissoning at directed location inverter series split type copper air conditioner, air cooled, single phase, minimum 4 star rating and EER 3.2, electric driven of capacity 2.0 TR, built in air ioniser, anti dust /Nano silver filter, self diagnosis and auto restart with LCD display remote with all functions including remote connected pipe & cable not less than 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 x 6 Sq mm PVC FRLS insulated single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC coduit with continuous running earth wire by 4 Sq mm PVC FRLS unsheathed multi strand copper conductor as earth wire complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) Two run of 6 Sqmm single core cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as One RM.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric water heater storage type 25 Ltrs, ISI marked, 5 star rated, vertical type of 2KW complete with hot and cold flexible water pipe length as per requirement at site with all fixing arrengement including nut and bolt length and dia as per site requirement including water pipe connecting with geyser including taking down old unservisable BER Gyser and deposite to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed .
