Supply, Installation Testing, and Commissioning of 1010 KVA DG set. This includes acoustic enclosure, adaptor box to connect cable & 950-liter fuel tanks, Including un-loading from Truck and shifting on Foundation.

Supply, Installation Testing, and Commissioning of Synchronizing Panel suitable for existing 625 KVA Kirloskar & proposed 1010 KVA DG set, with 1000 Amp EDO Breaker for 600 KVA DG set and 1600Amp for 1010 KVA DG set. Advance Synchronizing Controller (Woodward EasYgen 2500/3200 Series Controller.or as per OEM.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ACB Panel of 4P 3200 AMP with EDO Breaker, & Digital Multifunction Meter for Load.

Extension of existing RCC foundation for 1010 kVA DG Set and Synchronizing Panel ( Size : 9000x4000x500 mm )

Extension of existing RCC foundation to accommodate 625 KVA DG Set ( Size : 3000x1500x500 mm)

De-installation of 625 KVA DG Set from existing foundation (removal of exhaust structure, silencer, fuel line, earthing, Fuel Tank & load cable, etc.)

Shifting, Installation, and commissioning of 625 KVA DG Set on new foundation (fixing of silencer, fuel tank, fuel line, earthing, and load cables, etc.)

Civil work for installation of 3200 Amps Breaker in sync with existing panel chain by cutting floor, fixing frame and repair of broken parts duly painted after work completion.

Service Changes for installation & commissioning of additional panel with existing bus bar with required material.

Supply and lying of 2.5 sq.mm., 16 core shielded control cable including all necessary end termination from DG set to Sync panel and Sync panel to LT Room.

Supply, lying & fixing of 3.5 core, 300 sq.mm. armored aluminum cable from DG Set to Sync panel and Sync panel to LT Room with required lugs/glands and other required fasteners including civil work ( wherever required to accommodate the cable ) unto LT room breaker.

Supply & Installation of M.S. Exhaust dia 300 mm and 250 mm pipe included glass wool insulation, Al. cladding (Inside & Outside acoustic enclosure) scope includes all required bends, flanges, Bellow, hardware's etc to complete the Exhaust Piping System erection for 1 X 625 KVA and 1x1010 kVA DG Set. The Height of Chimney should be as per statutory requirement.

Supply & Installation of 'C' class MS pipe size 1" for fuel connectivity b/w DG & Diesel Tank using required bend, flanges & valves etc from day-time Fuel tank to both DG Set, duly painted with two coats after lying with support of proper angle.

Supply and fabrication of 4 leg MS angular steel structure to support the DG exhaust piping duly painted to support exhaust pipe of both 1010 KVA and 625 KVA. ( Aprox. 15 mtr height )

Making of Earth Pit with 600mm x 600mm x 3.18 mm thick copper electrode with 2 Nos 50mm x 6 mm thick copper strip, 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe, chamber with 450x 450 mm CI cover & frame (charcoal and salt as required)
