Painting Two coats External walls - old with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting Two coats for old iron work with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-l having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.

1.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding.Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.
