Excavation and refilling trenches upto one meter depth for all sort of soil except hard rock and road/concrete floors excluding supply bricks and sand. The job includes disposal of surplus earth.

Excavation and refilling of road and reinstate upto original level including concreting the excavated road surfaces.

Supply and spreading of bricks for cable protection

Fabrication/erection and painting of structural steel(supplied by HOC/Self) for cable trays,cable supports,cable clamps and light fixture supports. Painting system shall be one coat epoxy primer followed by two coats of epoxy fisnish paint

Laying upto 6 sq.mm 2/3/4 core Aluminium/Copper Conductor power/control cable – armoured including telephone cables/signal cables upto 10 pair armoured / unarmoured and including 2.5 sq.mm X 5 core control/signal cables, single core earth cable upto 70 Sqmm

Laying 10 to 16 sq. mm. 2/3/4 core power/control cable and telephone cable above 10 pair but upto 20 pair including multicore control cables for above 5 core but including 12 core X 2.5 sq.mm. earthing cable 70 to 120 Sq.mm.

Laying above 25 to 70 Sq.mm. power cables upto 4 core, telephone cables above 20 upto 50 pair, control cables above 12 core upto 19 Core X 2.5, earthing cable above 120 Sq.mm. upto 300 Sq.mm.

Power cable laying 3/3.5 core 95 Sq.mm. to 150 Sq.mm.

Labour charges for end termination of cable size 240 Sq.mm to 300 Sq.mm(Up to 1000V grade).

Labour charges for cable jointing using cable straight through joining kit supplied by HOC for cable size 240 to 400 Sq.mm.(upto 1100V grade)

Labour charges for straight through jointing of 6.6KV/11KV grade cable size from 185 to 240 sq.mm PVC/XLPE aluminium cable using heat shrinakable type straight through joining kit.

Supply and installation of pipe earthing

Labour charges for end termination of 6.6KV/11KV grade cable size from 185 to 240 sq.mm PVC/XLPE aluminium cable using heat shrikable end termination kit.

Labour charges for end termination 6.6KV/11KV grade Cable size from 300 to 400 sq.mm PVC/XLPE aluminium cable using heat shrinakable end termination kit.

Removal of 100 mm thick slabs from cable trenches for the purpose of cable laying and restoring the slabs to normal position.

Removal of sand from cable trenches for the purpose of cable laying and refilling back the trenches with same sand.

Dismantling of 1 No. existing LED flood light (45/60/100W) installed at a height of 7–9 meters at HOCL Township Community Halla nd installation of new similar LED flood light on the existing support.Scaffolding, ladders, tools, and safety equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. The new LED flood light will be provided by HOCL.

Installation of 1 No. LED flood light (45W / 60W / 100W) at a height of 7–9 meters at HOCL Township Community Hall including power cable connection. Scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, and safety equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. The LED flood light fixture and power cable will be provided by HOCL.

Repulling of 3/3.5 core, 120 sq.mm power cable. All required labour, tools, and accessories shall be arranged by the contractor.
