Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Window type Air conditioners of following capacities comprising copper Evaporator & Condenser Coil with factory-charged Rotary/Scroll compressors (R-32/R-410A) including FRLS type copper power cable (up to 3 m) with suitable plug top and wireless remote control with suitable battery. The system shall operate on 230V, 50Hz (±tolerance as per applicable standard), single-phase AC supply, providing cooling, dehumidification, and air circulation functions conforming to IS-1391 (Part-I ) with all amendments, and shall be capable of efficient performance at outdoor ambient temperatures up to 50°C, with a minimum 5-year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB. Sound level of up to 56 dB inside the room is acceptable The system shall be installed with S&F appropriate fixing arrangements as per OEM recommendations, including wall openings, mending well the damages and making necessary connections including T&P & labour etc as required complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 230V, 1 phase, 50 Hz Inverter Type Ceiling suspended Cassette type Air conditioners complete with wireless Remote having the capable of performing of cooling capacity 26000 BTU/hr or 7620 W (Minimum), dehumidification, air circulation, R- 32/R-410A Green Refrigerant and variable speed inverter rotary compressor with 100% copper condenser coil with anti-corrosion coating, ISEER more than 5 and Air flow rating 990 CFM (Min) including Printed Circuit Board (PCB) with metal enclosers and min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and PCB and maintaining the noise level between 35 dB to 45 dB at inside the room is acceptable. The unit shall be in confirmation with IS 1391 Part-II 2023.The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 degree C and operate up to 52 degree C ambient temperature [Make-O-General/Mitsubishi Electric/ Daikin]

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping Split AC system, complete with fittings and including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. 1/4" (6.4 mm) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Supply & laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction EIC. [Make:- Suprime/Oriplast]

Dismantling of 1.5 ton/ 2.0 ton Air Conditioner unit (window type) after gas locking arrangement with necessary tools & tackels and store in safe place as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS U-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75mm x 40mm x 40mm) for making Base Frame/ platform for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned AC machines incl drilling 2 nos holes in each channel, cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with C.C. (1:1.5:3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and supporting angle of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm in each platform. The platform should be baricaded and set for ODU machine in outer age for transmitting the load centrally through 2 nos (50mm x 50mm x 6mm) angle inserted into the wall incl. fibre sheet shade as per direction of E.I.C. The area of the platform is of suitable size as per machine configaration and load with addiquiet service access & safe to carry out the maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC. The design of platform structure to be approved by EIC. (4 nos X 65 kg= 260 kg)

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. (This item should be executed only after prior approval of the Engineer-incharge). Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered.
