IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT AF STATION UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil including cutting of tree roots any size / dia complete all as specified and directed. Note: The entire excavation work wiil be carried out by manual / labours (mechanical / mechinery will not be use).

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete in coping or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggreagte) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose and hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5.0 km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of paver block including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting (Bituminous road) / concrete width not exc 1.0 m upto sub base of road pavement and removing the materials from the site and dumped from the outside MD land. Demolition of plain cement concrete in foundation/copings/ bed concrete of drain pipes in any position all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Rate inculsive of removing of demolition material at outside of MOD land.

M & L for framed work such as grills, gratings, other section etc. with ends of bars houldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 250mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 450mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in bed to 450mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in bed to 600mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains and drainage pipe lines of any size upto 1.5 mtr depth and 1.5 mtr wide and removing the blockages including tree plants, roots etc by rodding using bamboo spilt or by mechanical means, after cleaning complete incl removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ hard standing etcfinishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth potection including finished the surface even and smooth without using of extra cement and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials (Cement concrete any description, bricks, stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to a distance of 30 km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for manholes / soakage well and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
