Industrial Grade Programming Terminal (Laptop) along with pre-installed RTU programming/Ladder Logic software for RTU Programming Laptop including one time license fee. Complete in all aspects as per tender technical specifications.
Zener Barriers For Analog Inputs (AI). Complete in all aspects as per tender technical specifications.
Surge Protective devices for AI signals. Complete in all aspects as per tender technical specifications.
Surge Protective devices for LAN application. Complete in all aspects as per tender technical specifications.
Supervision, erection, testing & commissioning of RTU system at RCP location including termination of field control cables, integration & interfacing of Remote seal PT, Surface mounted TT & MOV at RCP location with the supplied RTU system. This includes supply of all labour, consumables, tools, services rendered etc. Interfacing & integration of Yokogawa RTU system with existing MCS & SCC SCADA system (through Ethernet interface of IOCL's telecom equipment), development of necessary control logics, Creation of new tags in SCADA database & making necessary changes in SCADA mimics at SCC Chittoor & MCS-Manali for incorporation & display of new RCP parameters, generation of current/historic trends, alarm configuration etc., Making available of PT data of new RCP at Manali MCS and sharing the same with PAS server, making all jobs complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. This includes supply of all labour, consumables, tools, services rendered etc. This also includes cost for Freight and Insurance for materials being supplied.
