REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTED FAN/ STAND FAN INCLUDING POINT WIRING AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring including sunken MS boxes (light, fans, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,call bell, pendants, regulators, socket etc by unscrewing from board carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for point wiring for one light / Fan / Ex Fan point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade in and including PVC capping and casing (double lock, ISI Marked) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in an MS rectangular Box with bakelite sheet cover / PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc or MS modular boxes / PVC modular box suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but for one switch socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Sub main wiring using two runs of FRLS grade PVC insulated, unsheathed ,stranded, copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLSH grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper wire to be drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC Conduit (medium grade) in Concealed wiring of suitable size including taking down old submain wiring with fittings & fixtures and all as specified.

Supply and fix Switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way 5 Amps, 240V complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing in repair Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way, 5 Amps (Serviceable switch obtained from item No-1 shall be reused).

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 6 Amps 1 Module complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair LED tube light fittings 1 x 09/10 Watt two feets long with polycarbonate housing & intigrated electronic driver and necessary electric connection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair LED tube light fittings 1 x 18/20 Watt four feets long with polycarbonate housing & intigrated electronic driver and necessary electric connection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix of decorative light stand with 9 watt led bulb complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Ceiling rose 2 or 3 terminal PVC / poly carbonate isolated body complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only serviceable Ceiling rose 2 or 3 terminal PVC / poly carbonate isolated body complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair switch socket combination 5 Pin 6 Amp with PVC Box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Step type electronic Fan regulator socket type on the existing phonolic laminated sheet etc as required as existing type and size

Supply and fixing of Modular Fan regulator,120 watts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing white modular cover plate with frame 8 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix modular socket 2 in 1,5 pin 6 Amps, 2 modules complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair PVC casing and caping of size 32 x12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 4 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 8 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) SPN , 240 Volt, 32-40 Amps, "C" series,10 KA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Minature circuit braker (MCBs) of any cap, 240 Volt (serviceable MCB SPN obtained from unserviceable DBs shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MCB SP 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Minature circuit braker (MCBs) of any cap, 240 Volt (serviceable MCB SP obtained from unserviceable DBs shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting electrical wire of ceiling fan / wall mounted fan of any type/size and make, taking down from its position, opening, cleaning and greasing after removing the blade to make noise free smooth operation including replacement of wornout capacitor, capacitor holder wire connector with pvc twin twisted wire assembling and placing its position using new clamp set (clamp, rubber bush and nut and bolt make sre for firm grip) including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : 1. Spare parts like capacitor, clamp set, PVC twin twisted wire to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only item. 2. if fan need repair then submit to defective fan to MES store and take a repaird fan and placed the fan on same position.

Disconnecting electrical connection of wall mounted fan of any type/size and make, taking down from its position, for oilling and greasing the fan motor, oscillation motor, shaft and bush for speed and oscillation control after removing the blade grill ring, blade front and rear grill, blade, check nut to make noise free smooth operation including replacement of wornout capacitor, wire connector, capacitor holder with pvc two core wire, plug top assembling and placing at its own position (make sure for farm grip) including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : 1. Spare parts like capacitor, clamp set, PVC two wire, plug top to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only item. 2. if fan need repair then submit the defective fan to MES store and take a repaird fan and placed the fan on same position.

Disconnecting electrical connection of padestal fan or stand fan of any type/size and make, opening it for oilling and greasing the fan motor, oscillation motor, shaft and bush for speed and oscillation control after removing the blade grill ring, blade front and rear grill, blade, check nut to make noise free smooth operation including replacement of wornout capacitor, capacitor holder wire connector with pvc two core wire, plug top etc assembling including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any sweep after dismenting complete motor assembly, bearings, bushings, shaft, roter, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size / turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushings, shafts, roter assemble with capacitor, connecting wire, down rod, blades and testing complete. Note: 1. Cost of transportation will be inclusive of quoted rate. 2. Spares require for repair such as bearing, bushing, shafts, roter capacitor, connecting wire to ceiling rose shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for rewinding of wall mounted fan / Stand fan of any sweep after dismenting complete motor assembly, bearings, bushings, roter shaft, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size / turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushings, shafts, roter assemble with capacitor, connecting wire, blades and testing complete. Note: 1. Cost of transportation will be inclusive of quoted rate. 2. Spares require for repair such as bearing, bushing, shafts, roter capacitor, connecting wire, plug top shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for rewinding of Exhaust Fan of 250 mm to 380 mm sweep after dismenting complete motor assembly, bearings, bushings, roter shaft, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size / turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushings, shafts, roter assemble with capacitor, connecting wire, blades and testing complete. Note: 1. Cost of transportation will be inclusive of quoted rate. 2. Spares require for repair such as bearing, bushing, shafts, roter capacitor, connecting wire to ceiling rose shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Note: 1. Cost of transportation will be inclusive of quoted rate. 2. Spares require for repair such as bearing, bushing, shafts, roter capacitor, connecting wire to ceiling rose shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply and Fix plug top 3 pin for wall fan and stand fan complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 4 mm dia galvanised iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
