Supplying and Filling in foundation , basement etc with filling m-sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand, ten hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard blue granite stone for foundation and basement including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supply and filling with gravel for basement to required thickness and in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as directed by the Federation Officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and sofits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and 10 BG stiffened - Upto basement Plain surface

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of countery bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers. - upto basement

Supply and laying Shahabad stone slabs with machine cutting edges in cement mortar 1:3, 30 mm thick including the cost and conveyance of all to site and all labour charges etc complete and as per standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and Three sand), 12mm thick in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supply and Painting two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved paint and colour etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supply and painting new iron work with 2 coats of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat,etc.complete

Supplying, fabricating and fixing inposition Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish fixed ventilator of size 1.80mx0.60m in all floors with Aluminium section of Outer frame: 24x33x3mm @0.546kg/m,Centre mullion :[email protected] kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.40mm @0.175kg/m and with necessary accessaries such as rubber beading and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labours, power consumptions required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and work good to be original condition after fixing and also as directed.All the Aluminium section are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc. complete.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc.(Gear operated.)

Supplying and fixing and fabricating of roof truss work for MS angle,MS square tube for all size for door and window roof members etc,.completed

Supply and fixing postion of powder coated MS Roofing sheet of 0.47mm for roofing including bolts, nuts and washers etc.complete

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of 110 mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works

Supply and fixing of fixing of Bitumen Felt 15 mm thick pad cost including fixing charges, complete as directed.

Supply and and fixing of 80mm thick puff panel sheet cost including fixing charges, complete as directed.

Wiring with 2x1.5Sqmm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall & ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch Box and 1 No. 5A one way SP 1 Module switch in flush with wall for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point/Fan (For Electronic Regulator.)

Wiring with of 2 of 4sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on conceled & ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with paiting suitable.

Supplying and Fixing of 20A /3 pin Mc plug with 3 pin Top connection

Supplying and fixing of 5A 3pin connection complete as directed..

Supplying and fixing of flurosent tube light 18 W of 4 feet length complete as directed.
