Bidders are requested to fill all the sheets of technicalfroms & upload the same carefully. 4. Catalogues of make & models of the equipments used in CCTV system may be uploaded alongwith the technical bid. 5. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, loading charges, unloading charges of feeder pillars, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 6. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 7.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 8.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 9. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. | ||||
