Laying of 4 core circular armoured ISI marked XLPE cable size 4 core aluminum conductor 1100 volt with connection etc. Note: Cable will be supplied by Railway.

Supply and fixing of 11 kV cable end box outdoor type heat shrinkable type for 11kV XLPE 3 core 50-95 sq mm size and connection with crimped lugs on cable end box.

Supply of material and providing of copper plate Earthing arrangement by digging the Pit. Copper Plate size 600 X 600 X 3 mm as per drg.No.DRM/KOTA/01927/ELR.

Supply of material & providing GI. pipe earthing arrangement by digging the pit as 17 per DRM/KTT's Drg. No. 01913EL/R1 or latest complete in all type of soils including rocky area. Earth value will be taken by the contractor in the presence of Railway representative and written on the earth pit by the contractor.

Supply of material & fixing of service pipe 'B' class G.I. 25 mm. dia 3 meters long complete with G.I bend, painted MS clamps of 40x6 mm flat, stay wire, stay insulators and fixing of 2 nos. MS clamp on rigid support or reg bolts, washer & nuts as per Drg. No. Ktt/01624/EL or latest. One no. MS Clamp to be provided for binding of LT armoured cable.

Digging of trench in pucca trench in yard /platform 50cm. deep and 35cm. wide including replaster on surface by cement oncrete after laying of cable.

Digging of trench in all type of soils/road cutting 100 cm. deep and 50cm. wide including supply and laying of "B" class bricks on both side & top of the cable and refilling the trench after laying of cable.

Drilling of Horizontal bore below track/road by pushing method for laying of HDPE/DWC pipe of various size.

Supply of material, providing, commissioning and laying of DWC/HDPE pipe of 160/138 mm dia cabling under road/track. As per explanatory notes.

Supply, laying, fixing of heavy-duty ISI marked B class GI pipe of 3.65 mm wall thickness & 50 mm diameter to be laid along the wall or floor with proper galvanized clamp through the wall or underneath the floor in cement concrete.

Supply of material, fabrication, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of heavy-duty ISI marked B class GI pipe of 80 mm diameter with suitable clamps on rail/pole/joists with nut/bolts and GI socket as per site requirement.

Supply of material, providing and laying of RCC hume pipe 6" dia (150mm) as per IS: 456-1978 or latest in existing trench under Railway track including jointing and all required accessories etc.

Supply, Installation, fabrication, testing & commissioning of LT Distribution panel suitable for outdoor use with canopy and double door type with stand as under, INCOMING CIRCUIT- 01 No. MCCB 4 pole 400 Amp. 50 KA MP based LSIG Adj. Supply of PVC insulated flat three core flexible copper industrial cable for submersible pump motor set 1.1 K.V. grade nominal area of conductor 6.0 sqmm as per latest relevant IS: 694 or latest.

Supply and erection of octagonal galvanized steel pole 5 mtr long with foundation bolts, Double arm type etc. with junction box and cover complete. Supply and erection of concrete for foundation and plinth in other than hard soil & rock as per explanatory notes.

Supply and erection of fencing panel & gates at sub-station.

Supply and erection of fencing up right.

Supply and spreading of gravels/ballast.

Filling with supply of soil to make even surface.

Dismantling, Erection, testing & commissioning (including transportation) of 39 Transformer / LT Panel including civil work complete in all aspect as per attached detailed. All material regarding civil work & other will be provided by contractor. Note: Transformer will be installed on the Structure provided by railway.

Fabrication of suitable size covered shed by supply of material for protection of LT Panel from rain.

Supply & fixing of MCB distribution board double door Wall mounted having MCCB 100 Amp TPN on incoming & 12 Nos MCB SP 06-32 Amp braking capacity 10 KA,on outgoing connected through busbar & equally distributed on 3- phase complete with connection.

Supply & fixing of 4 poles ON Load Changeover Switch in Steel Sheet Enclosure, Rating-400 Amps., 415V, 50Hz, confirming to IS/IEC 60947-3 Door Interlock and Padlock facility as per detailed specification attached.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Online UPS 2 KVA with battery and rack.
