Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50 mts dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specifications 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. (RBR-FNDN-1-A)

Collection, supply and Filling with Stone Crusher Dust (Finer than 3mm HBG m/c) in layers by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310) (RBR - F NDN - 2)

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixture using OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) including cost and conveyance of all necessary material, labour, curing for 7 days etc., complete. (BLD - CSTN - 2 - 5).

RCC M-20 graded mix corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard broken stone of granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement(OPC), fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate (metal) and water etc., to site and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing for 21 days etc., complete for finished item of work. BLD-CSTN-2-13 - For Footings

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD / TMT (Fe-500 / Fe-500D / Fe-550) with ISI Standard Mark bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded BLD-CSTN-2-18

Brick masonry in CM (1:6), using Fly ash bricks with OPC including cost and conveyance of all necessary materials and labour charges, watering, curing etc., complete. BLD-CSTN-3-1

Plastering in CM (1:3) Prop, 12mm thick using OPC grade cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing complete etc. BLD-CSTN-6-1

Painting with Plastic Emulsion paints - Three Coats for New Wall / New Wood of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work. (BLD-CSTN-10-11-viii)

Supply, Delivery and fixing in Position of MS Pipes of approved design including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc complete as SS of as desired by Engineer - In - Charges.

Painting to new Iron works with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paints of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate Red Oxide primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911. (BLD-CSTN-10-7 & 10-11)

Roofing with Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.50mm thickness G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove. (BMS-W.45)
