| 1.00Pre-Engineered steel structure for building up of shed for using product storage activities of approximate area 37.75m x 36.00m having clear height of 5.3 M as per drawing, specifications and as per standard design of approved manufacturers on turnkey basis. Main frame shall be designed following latest revision of IS codes viz. IS 800, IS 801, IS811, IS 2062, IS 8500 including MBMA Code. Primary members shall be built up section from plates having minimum yield strength of 345 N/mm2 and secondary structural members such as purlins, girts etc. shall be cold formed steel members with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and shall conform to ASTM A653 M grade 50 with zinc coating G90 or equivalent. Other members shall have minimum yield strength of 250 MPa. Roof shall consist of standing seam sheets in order to provide monolithic roofing total coated thickness (TCT) of standing seam sheets shall not be less than 0.55 mm thick Galvalume sheet and shall be SMP/RMP coated. Colour and shade of sheets shall be provided as directed. Minimum yield strength of standing seam sheets shall not be less than 345Mpa. Double skin wall sheeting panels (Including gable ends) shall be as per approved manufacturer’s specification and shall be made out of 0.5mm TCT (Profiled/Plain) pre coated Galvalume sheets having minimum yield strength of 550Mpa of desired colour and shade on both external and internal faces. Scope of works also includes fabrication and erection of metal fascia, flashing etc. with pre coated galvalume sheet, gutter, cantilever brackets, canopies, down take pipes, wall lights made with polycarbonate sheets, louvers and supply of foundation bolts including supervision of grouting process including providing necessary one number rolling shutter of specified size etc. complete as per the specification, manufacturer’s recommendation and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. | ||||||
