Repairing Dust Extraction systems installed at section –1, repairing of air washer system at section–1, Dismantling of defunct Dust Extraction systems installed at TS-I,TS-II & Section -3 , and installation of tunnel type exhaust fan & laying of serviceable MS duct for it at MGR & PR Tunnels of section-3 at CHP, Jayant, NCL.

Dismantling of MS ducts extraction system DE-1, DE-2 & DE-3, repairing fabrication replacement of damaged portion by cutting of damaged portion cleaning of fine dust of coal from inner and outer surface area and also painting of outer area and re- erection of MS ducts fixing also with providing of new flange bolt nut washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints. As per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of 03 nos cyclones, repairing fabrication and replacement of damaged portion by cutting of damaged portion cleaning of fine dust of coal from inner and outer surface area and also painting of outer area and re- erection of cyclones fixing also with providing of new flange bolt nut washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints. As per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling cleaning of 03 nos rotary air lock repairing, painting and re- erection, providing of new flange bolt, nut, and washer fasteners, gasket for proper sealing as required etc.

Dismantling of 03 nos drive unit like centrifugal fan, fan body cover, damper, motor, bearing block V belt, flexible connection (06 number) also to be providing of new flange bolt, nut, and washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints etc and repairing of damaged portion by cutting of damaged portion cleaning of fine dust of coal from inner and outer surface area of centrifugal fan and fan body cover damper, base etc and also to be done civil work as when required and painting of inner and outer area of drive unit like centrifugal fan ,fan body cover ,damper installation of all system with testing and commissioning rectification and handover of all 03 nos system in running condition as per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of 03 nos skirt & skirt damper, repairing fabrication replacement of damaged portion, cleaning painting of outer & inner area re- erection of skirt & skirt damper, providing fasteners gaskets etc. for proper sealing as required of installation of all system with testing and commissioning rectification and handover of all 03 nos skirt & skirt damper.

Dismantling of complete duct, Air Filters, cleaning & replacement of damaged Air Filters. Replacement of damaged duct by cutting of flange cleaning of fine dust, mud/ coal from inner and outer surface area and reinstallation of the complete duct same as per existing profile and also provide new flange, bolt nut, washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints. As per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Supply of G.I. air ventillation duct of thickness 20 SWG (minimum),Sharpe rectangular /as per requirement with 275gm/m2 Zn coating(confirming IS:655 & class 3 of IS277). Compete with suitable angle stiffener, duct support and angle flanges joint, Air supply grills with inbuilt volume control damper, Gasket ,rivets and fasteners (Suitable for air quality up to 100000 CMH)

Dismantling of water tank & dust suppression system. Replacement of damaged portion by cutting of flange, cleaning of fine dust, mud/ coal from inner and outer surface area of water tank reinstallation of the same as per existing profile and also provide new flange bolt nut washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints. Also painting of inner and outer area of water tank including dismantling, repairing and reinstallation of dust suppression system nozzles, pipeline etc. As per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Supply of high efficiency washable Panel filter with high chemical, corrosion resistance, in build guard on both sides, ideal for ventilation plant operating under dusty environment, Efficiency -99% to 5 microns/95% to 20 microns Frame –Aluminium Flange type or box type media-high density polyethylene mesh in different nos. of layer for different efficiency .For installation in Air washer System installed over adm building and 3 nos. Ventillation supply system installed at dumping pit of section -I .

Dismantling of drive unit like centrifugal fan, fan body cover, damper, motor, bearing block V belt, flexible connection (02 number).Repairing centrifugal fan, fan body cover, damper and base. Also provide new flange bolt, nut, and washer along with gasket for proper sealing of joints etc. Civil work also to be done as & when required. Also painting of inner and outer area of drive unit like centrifugal fan, fan body cover, damper. Installation of all system with testing and commissioning rectification and handover of all system As per instruction Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of MS ducts, drive unit, cyclone chimney of defunct dust extraction systems installed at TS-I/TS-II and Section-3 of CHP, As per instruction Engineer in Charge. The usable parts of these dismantling ducts to be used for replacement of the damaged parts of DE ducts of section –I and exhaust fan duct of section -3.

Covering of hollow spaces created after removal of ducts from the structure at TS-I & TS –II for safety including covering of conveyor chutes with MS plate as and where required. Note: SM plates to be provided departmentally.

Installation of new heavy duty Tunnel type Ventillation air exhaust axial flow fan after dismantling some existing structure. And shifting of all dismantled material/equipment to any nearest scrap store of whose distance is not more than 1 km.

Supply of heavy duty Tunnel type Ventillation air exhaust axial flow fan capacity 45000 CMH complete with heavy duty casting, dynamically balanced impeller, suitable rating motor and motor mounting frame, mounting feet, rubber mounts, bird protection guard, counter flange, cowl, Guard as per IS: 3588 designed with suitable pressure for smooth and desired volume at each and every air supply grills.

Installation of serviceable MS duct with suitable angle, stiffener, and duct support and flanged joint, etc. Including erection and commissioning of duct along with Ventillation air exhaust fan. Around 300 mtrs (150 mtrs in MGR Tunnel and 150 in PR Tunnel). Note: Dust dismantled from TS-I, TS-II and section -3 to be used. Angles for support structure to be provided departmentally.
