Leg frame of size 20mm dia 16 gauge of MS conduit pipe fixed with run welding & duly painted and hard rubber shoe.

Charpoy GI Pipe ply top (FD-220) : M & L for Dismantling / Removing the following existing UNSV parts / components of Charpoy GI Pipe Ply Top as specified and S&F new components of same size & shape all as per drg , applying one coat of aluminium paint all the GI components and stacking of furniture inside the godown after repairs etc. complete as under:-

Tightening / refitting of frame by removing plywood top from charpoy GI with all fittings complete.

Plytop of 12mm fit to size including 6mm dia 65mm long bolt round headed, with nut and washer maximum 10 Nos per charpoy.

Stiffener of size 25mm square conduit pipe of 1.6mm thick welded at equal distance of GI charpoy frame and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to conduit pipe.

GI elbow (32mm dia) ISI marked three way medium grade.

Plywood of 1980 x 900, 12mm thick of BWR grade cut into two pieces,jointed and fixed with 10 Nos of nut & Bolt.

One coat of synthetic enamal paint Black to all steel surface after preparation of old painted surfaces by welding wk as reqd, filling with putty, cleaning with sand paper and applying primer where ever required to Charpoy IP folding ply top all as specified in Drg & directed.

Bin Linen Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) M & L for Dismantling / Removing the following existing UNSV parts / components as specified and S&F new components, using 1st class teak wood duly polished to match to existing, Plywood 12mm thick, and Prelaminated Particled board 18mm thick both side teak face exterior grade (ISI Marked) with 6mm thick teak wood beading fixed with fevicol around with size & shape all as specified in drg and directed. S&F in replacement synthetic cushion of existing size of 32 density cool foam for seat and back including covered with tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture for cover of cushion and shall be of removable type by providing plastic Zip over Tapestry cloth cover complete. Note: Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/- per meter of standard width.

M&L for preparation of old polished / Painted surface of wooden furniture by removing dirt, spots, dots etc filling putty where required and polishing with ready made polish / painting with synthetic enamel paint as required shade of polish / paint shall be as directed for the following items of furniture
