To access this application contractor has to provide one android mobile phone with internet connection to each tanker driver and each tanker need to be fitted with 40 mm" dia good quality transparent uPVC/ PVC pipe with floating PVC ball & level scale and connected to bottom of tanker as per directon of EIC. No extra payment shall be donbe to contractor as per directions of EIC and the transportation is to be carried as per scope of work and directions issued by department time to time.
