M&L for fixing standalone bus bar panel for XLPE cable termination of size minimum 50 sqmm including Aluminium bus bar of suitable size with provision for cable entry and earth termination. The panel shall be fixed at least 30 CM above the ground with panel stand firmly grouted to the ground and necessary PCC and excavation shall be deemed to be included in the rate. Note- 1) The Bus bar shall be of Aluminium and max of length 80CM and of size 20x5mm. 2) R, Y, B and Neutral shall have bus bars of same sizeand length.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor squirrel type from poles of any size & capacity and unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Arial Bunched Cable (ABC), 5 core,( 3 phase, 1 Neutral, 1 Messenger, 1 Street light) of size 70 Sqmm ( 3x70+1x70+1x50+1x16), 1100 Volt grade, confirming to IS 1455. All as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note: (i) The three phase cables, Neutral, and street light conductor shall be twisted around messenger to form cable assy. (ii) The phase and neutral conductors shall be insulated with XLPE. (iii) The quoted shall also include necessary fixing arrangement in the existing poles and connection to street lights.

M& L for surface dressing once in every 2 months to E/M installations /1.5 Mtrs from outside of fencing , E/M store yards of following area not exceeding 15 cm deep getting out soft / loose soil removing shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs, removing the grass from route and cleaning the fencing by removing small trees /Vegetation on fencing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not exceeding 50 Mtrs distance from installation ,depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point and cleaning of yard , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M & L for cutting the tree branches at a distance not exceeding 2.0 Mtrs way from roof top of E/M Installation of G+0 Building of tree branch size up to 50 mm dia as directed and deposited the removing branches at a distance not exceeding 100 Mtrs from Road /Path. Note: Branch cutting around 2.0 Mtrs area to a 3 Nos street light pole is considered as one Job.

M & L for cutting the tree branches at a distance not exceeding 3.0 Mtrs away from Street light poles /fitting incl removing the creeper which surrounded the poles and street lights , of tree branch size up to 50 mm dia as directed and deposited the removing branches at a distance not exceeding 100 Mtrs from Road /Path.

M & L for in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors including removing and replacement of deteriorated SS bolts, nuts and washers as required at site etc in the existing GI strip of any size from the starting point to upto the end connected points all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for filtration of transformer oil of different capacity/Rating to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve the dielectric strength / rupturing capacity of oil not less than 50 KV/ minute with 2.5 mm gap and topping up of oil to the required level of transformer indicator level all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge. Note: Topping up of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately (2) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant.

M & L for topping up/ change oil for transformer of 11KV/433 Volt of different capacity / HT oil switch of 11 KV of different capacity of any rating of dielectric strength /repturing capacity of oil not less than 50 KV ( tested at site with testing kit with 2.5 mm gap ) and test the the dielectric strength of transformer oil before and after the topping up and make oil to the required level of transformer indicator level all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:1) The transformer oil container shall be ISI marked and brought at site in sealed container only. 2).The M & L for necessary T & P for collection of transformer oil samples , testing kit and filtration plant.

Dismantling HT/ LT stay assembly complete including MS clamps with bolts, nuts & washers etc along with necessary excavation and earth work, demolition of cement concrete and removing from thr site necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cross arms, bracings, support clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut bolts washer, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs GOD, triple pole , mechanically operated, 11 KV, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for a current rating up to 200A all as specified and ad directed by Engg in charge.

M&L in repairs to lightning arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, with discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps all as specified and as directed.

Repair to street light/flood light of any type , any description mounted on pole/ Roof/ wall ,disconnecting electrically, testing of all components to ascertain defective parts of the fitting and testing the conductivity of electric cable of internal wiring of the fittings, dismantling of defective components and testing the fitting after replacement of defective components and cable of internal wiring and making the fitting fully functional testing complete.

Repair to high mast light fitting mounted on up to 16 mtr height structure of qty 09 to 12 light fitting , lowering disconnecting electrically, testing of all components to ascertain defective part of the fitting and testing the conductivity of electric cable of internal wiring of the fittings, dismantling of defective components, testing the fitting after replacement of defective components and making the fitting fully functional finally entire unit to be raised upto its original level complete. (The necessary components should be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of Unserviceable Pre-stressed concrete poles/ steel poles of any size & shape including necessary excavation and earth work, taking out of embedded portion of poles from concrete after necessary demolition of cement concrete foundation and disposal of same complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork, returning filling removing of surplus soil and demolition of concrete and disposed of the demolished concrete shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Supply, erecting & fixing 9.00 metres long steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP - 31, complete all as specified and directed.
