Providing & fixing Independent wall lining system in line and level on the brick wall/ R.C.C. wall. G.I. Gypframe true steel or equivalent make perimeter channel to floor, ceiling by using nylon sleeves and it screwing 450 mm C/C to wall. Providing & fixing intermediate channel C/C 1200 mm and fixing the screws at 250 mm C/C. 8 mm thick CALCIUM SILICATE BOARD fixed on GI section by 25 mm long and drilling and tapping screws 200 mm C/C. The joints of boards must be finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibber tape to provide seamless tape. Distemper work as per specification of item no.102. Approximate area of one room 12.40 SQMT to 15 SQMT approximate room consider 30 nos at different levels. Majority rooms are at second and third floor levels and scattered. Rates inclusive all residue of any size. Net area to be measured and paid.

Providing & fixing 8 mm thick CEMENT SHEET (E/V board) with Gypframe GI section 0.5 mm thickness, inter 0.70 mm, perimeter 0.5 mm, angle 0.5 mm with Hilux screw 25 x 6 mm with 6 mm x 8 mm groove per cement sheet joint, groove must be finished with jointing compound, framing grid 450 mm centre to centre section with 1200 mm x 1200 mm main runner (inter & suspender 6 mm thick fastener & nut bolt) required all inclusive. Two coats of acrylic washable distemper using sand paper & water paper to clean the surface, apply two coats of cement base putty, two coats of primer, make the edges with POP, filling the holes including cleaning of floor, windows, doors, switch board etc. complete. ( Actual area to be measured and paid), Approximate size of room 4.45 mtr length x 3.09 mtr length. approximate area of one room 11.30 SQMT. Approximate rooms 110 nos at different levels but majority of rooms are at second and third floor and scattered. Gap between ceiling RCC ceiling and false ceiling may be 150 mm to 200 mm considering slope or vertical side.

All specification are same as per item no. 102 bur fixing of cement sheet directly on ceiling using SS 304 screw. Actual area to be measured and paid.
