Removing cement motor and cleaning of serviceable material for reuse, 80 % quantity vide item 1.

soling Stone in foundation including supply.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (40 mm stone agg crushed stone).

Random rubble masonry with nallah stone in foundation & plinth level including levelling up with cement conc. 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing & laying cement concrete in retaining walls , return walls, including attached pebsters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, parapets, coping bed blocks etc. excluding cost of centring, shuttering etc in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) crushed.

Back filling behind retaining wall with boulders.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Carriage of material by mechanical transport.
