ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE(P) AF GURGAON

Annual maintenance contract visit for lean lift 250kg of make Hanel Qty 3 Nos(3 Lean Lift) in 27ED Palam by Expert Engineer of the firm of MOU as per Sch-'A' Notes including servicing, overhauling & repair if any required with replacement of all unserviceable parts to keep full functional throughout the month complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The lift shall be maintained in serviceable condition through out the contract period (ii) Contractor shall provide MOU with the firm as specified in Sch'A' Notes for maintenanace support of Lean lift of capacity 250Kg for 11 Months within 15 days of date of commencement of the contract. If any item required for maintenance of lean lifts is not under scope of MOU that item shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost for above said MOU period. (iii) Comprising of regular servicing of lifts to keep the lifts in a serviceable/ functioning condition. iv) Engineers attending to maintenance of lean lift shall have expert credentials with relevent certification and the same shall be provided for inspection before attending to lift complaints. (v) Lean lift Qty - 3 Nos PMC (Health Checkup Machines) replacement of parts initial cost included this job and no extra cost shall be paid by the govt on this account. (vi) The contractor shall obtain signature of authorized representative of GE and in token of satisfactory defects. Any minor complaints requiring no spare part shall be rectified within 2 hour and if requiring minor parts, shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in complaint requiring Major spare part/repair shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint a panel recovery @ Rs 100/- per days shall be imposed upon the contractor & in case of delay in major repair of the lifts for more than 48 hours & upto 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the contractor for a sum of Rs 2000/- per lift per day.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts 01 No in 13 BRD Technical area of Ground + 1 Floor (Total 02 Landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device of capacity 06 passenger of make: Thyssen Krupp elevator, lift installed at 13 BRD Technical area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Notes for Ser Item No. 2 (a) The above maintenance item includes complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as require for smooth and effcient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all spares items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The maintenance of lift shall be done through (OEM), the tenderer has to submit intent of MOU within seven days of acceptance of tender failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be excuted at risk & cost of the contractor. Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (c) The contractor/OEM will provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i.e. 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by Enginr-in-Charge. (d) The contractor shall obtain signature of Authorized Representative of GE and in token of satisfactory completion of defects. Any minor complaint requiring no spare part, shall be rectified within 2 hour & if requiring minor parts, shall be rectified within 4 hrs. Any major complaint requiring major spare part/repair, shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint, a panel recovery @ Rs 100/- per hour shall be imposed upon the Contractor & in case of delay in major repair of the lifts for more than 48 hours & up to 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the Contractor for a sum of Rs. 2000/- per lift per day. (e) Passenger lift Qty 01 Nos PMC (Health Checkup Machines) replacement parts initial to be cost included this Job and no extra cost shall be paid by the govt on this account.
