Construction of Pump House including civil, structural and architectural works such as foundation, RCC frame structure, brick masonry, plastering, flooring, roofing, doors, windows and finishing complete, suitable to house pumping machinery, valves and allied equipment. The item shall include construction of Irrigation Management Command and Control Centre building with necessary rooms for monitoring, control panels, SCADA systems, office space and utilities, including electrification, plumbing and drainage works. The structure shall be designed as per approved drawings, relevant IS codes and site requirements, including all materials, labour, scaffolding, curing and finishing. The rate shall include internal water supply, sanitary installations, cable trenches, ventilation arrangements and all incidental works required for complete and functional commissioning of the buildings and all allied works, all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I

Providing, laying, jointing and commissioning of primary distribution network comprising Ductile Iron Pipes of 300 mm to 500 mm diameter and MS pipes of 600 mm to 800 mm diameter, conforming to relevant IS specifications, complete with fittings and specials. The work shall include supply and installation of butterfly valves and sluice valves with RCC valve chambers, thrust blocks and anchoring arrangements at required locations. The item shall cover execution of road crossings and stream crossings using approved methods including casing pipes, encasing concrete and protection works. Provision of air management system such as air valves, air release valves and vacuum breakers at suitable intervals shall be included for proper hydraulic performance. The scope shall also include integration with village management system for controlled distribution, monitoring and regulation of flow, complete with testing, commissioning and all incidental works required for functional operation of the primary network and all allied works, all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I

Farmer Field Training, Demonstrations & Community Irrigation System Implementation including Social work like Encouraging and enabling participatory irrigation in the project area through coordinating and supporting the existing water user society, undertake activities in association with other implementation partners like Farmer Relationaship Agency (FRA), WUS etc at ground level, Conduct capacity building and training for the farmers on aspects such as water use efficient agriculture and irrigation practices such as SRI for paddy, micro irrigation, crop diversification etc.; Organizing hands-on training sessions for farmers on water management, soil conservation, and crop diversification, Set up demonstration plots to showcase advanced irrigation techniques like micro-irrigation with drip systems & sprinkler systems. Conduct workshops, interactive sessions, and exposure visits to educate farmers on best practices; To achieve Implementation of Community Irrigation System by pooling of resources by farmers to manage, operate, and maintain the irrigation infrastructure collectively, Psychological skills training, behavioral changes and mental skills training, technical guidance to improve cognitive abilities and confidence build up is targeted under MCAD to help strengthen WUS, empowering farmers to take ownership of their irrigation systems and other allied works

Operation & Maintenance and handholding support to WUS for 5 Years: This includes regular inspection, servicing, and repair of pump houses, filtration systems, pipelines, and electro-mechanical components for five years. Regular calibration and software updates for SCADA-based control centers, IoT sensors and cloud-based monitoring systems for real-time irrigation management. Ensuring proper functioning of wireless communication networks, digital dashboards, and automated alert systems and data upload on the cloud software and handholding support to the WUS

Providing, installing and commissioning a comprehensive communication network integrated with cloud-based Automation Command Centers for real-time monitoring, control and data management of irrigation/pumping infrastructure. The work shall include supply and installation of networking components such as OFC/UTP cabling, routers, switches, wireless communication devices, data loggers, RTUs/PLCs, servers and associated hardware required for seamless connectivity between field instruments and control centers. The system shall support secure data transmission, remote operation, alarm generation, analytics and centralized dashboard monitoring through authorized cloud platforms. The item includes configuration, integration, testing, cybersecurity provisions, training of personnel and all software licensing, ensuring complete, reliable and fully functional communication and automation system ready for operation and all allied works, all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning complete electro-mechanical works comprising pumping machineries with motors, base frames, coupling, valves, strainers and allied accessories suitable for the designed discharge and head. The work shall include supply and erection of electrical substation components such as transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, control panels, MCC, capacitors, cabling, earthing and internal electrification, excluding transmission line. The item shall also include providing and installing 8 Tonne Capacity of Double Girder Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Crane, primary filtration system consisting of suitable filters, screens, backwash arrangement and associated piping to ensure removal of suspended particles before pumping. Surge protection system including surge vessels, air valves, non-return valves, pressure relief valves and necessary control devices shall be installed to safeguard the pipeline and pumping equipment against water hammer and pressure fluctuations. All equipment shall conform to relevant IS standards and approved specifications, including alignment, testing, trial run and commissioning complete with all labour, tools, tackles and incidental works required for satisfactory operation and all allied works, all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I.
