M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary from work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundation, coping stay etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finishes surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (Soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25CM thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC pole any type after disconnecting all eletrical connection incl clearance of site complete all as the direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mmm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Note Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with cluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc, Note : (i) Earth work, sand , bricks removing , returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for detecting fault in cable of any type with fault locator equipment which is capable to supply as per cable of serviceable to cable Note:- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item. (b) Charges of Cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault no delay on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will leived Rs 500/- per day.(d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting, joint making joint will be paid under relevant item.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 4 line as per IS complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Note : (i) Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate (ii) Cost of misc items like copper cable, lugs thimbles etc if required are included in quoted rates.

Note : (i) Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate (ii) Cost of misc items like copper cable, lugs thimbles etc if required are included in quoted rates.

Surface cleaning of steel tubular poles LT 9 mtrs long including removing rested particles and panting with one coat of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including stand cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps eye hooks, security light bracket clamps etc providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl reparing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall includes making of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the reparing of coping with cement / PCC

Material & Labour cement base paint on PCC pole 9 mtr including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including cross arms bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl incl reparing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. M&L for spraying chemical (Round up) on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair on load change over switch with sheet steel Enclosure 415 V, 4 pole, 100 Amps capacity fixed on walls for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cable from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sypply, Install, Test and Commissioning of LT feeder piller box outdoor type fabricated of size 0.6x0.6x0.5M,out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI approved complete with powder coating with seven tank process mounted on MS angle frame of size 40x40x5mm, duly grounted with PCC using concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reqd with the following (a) S & F Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp with coloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeve 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator (not than 50mmx50mm conicle type at a maximum interval of 500 mm - 01 Set. (b) S&F MCCB FP 63 Amps 16 KA - 01 No For Main incoming (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The bus bar connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 115375 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
