Taking down cement plaster on walls/Ceiling etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC at the rate of 3% by weigth of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be paid separately.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceilings finished even & smooth(without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces concrete surfaces of ceilings finished even & smooth(without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces over applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) including removal of debris from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in mass concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick in cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards/ wall partition (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets / aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 6mm thick prelaminated partical board, interior grade with decorative choice lamination complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The scope of work include for taking down existing damaged aluminium door/window/grill/panels and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same.

S&F Anodised Aluminium Frame Work (snap grid) for false ceiling Work made from Anodised Aluminium main /cross tee of size not less than 38 mm x 24 mm x 1.5 mm thick and 28 mm x 24 mm x 1.5 mm thick respectively for false ceiling of grid size 600 mm x 600 mm including necessary hanging arrangement comprising of 6 mm dia MS rod, 'J' bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washer all as per manufacturer's instruction. The snap grid (main & cross section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with Anodised Aluminium angle of size 40mmx25mmx2mm, weighing 0.36 Kg / RM. The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction / crossings with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mmxl5mmx1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg per running metre, fixed with suitable size mild steel, bolts nuts and washers complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick perforated particle board 60cm x60 cm in size for insulation and acoustic purposefixed with aluminium frame work in ceiling with screws or with staples on snap grid as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out PVC (SWR) soil waste and vent pipe of any size including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Material & labour for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 10 mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 450) x 7-8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over & including rendering in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter including roughning surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick 1:4 cement morter complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Granite (of any type) slab, 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform and steps etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous unglazed, set jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decorative (Endura tiles / stair tiles) 7 to 8 mm thickas in treads / rise / landing of stair laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The above quoted items Ser No 01 to 19 are to be executed with proper safety gears and necessary double scaffolding arrangements to carry out the repair works. The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety measure, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
