CIVIL WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 251.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast, sand of 1.25 FM, and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in fondation and under floor including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 273.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 in R.C.C. T. beam and slab and R.C.C. column excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.,and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 283.

Mild steel work (TMT Bar HYSD) such as in reinforced concrete work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending and also including supply of steel and wastages and overlapping and hooks required for completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 504.

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 305.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584.

Making grooves 10 to 12 mm wide and 8 mm deep in plaster of the wall or in celling vertically or horizontally as required as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 598.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) ie apex, ultima, weather coat all guard) asian, berger etc. complete as per DSR No. 13.47.1 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door frames, records racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form, including drilling holes, riveting or weling where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastages etc. and their fixing required for completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 503 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
