Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

PAN card and bank account should be in the in the bidders name and certified copy is to be submitted. Vehicles should have updated tax paid in the respective RTO and drivers driving license validity should be current

The Driver of the vehicle should posses valid driving License. He should not have any bad habits and should be healthy. He should not use mobile during driving and be obedient to officers

Stipulated income tax TDS and other Taxes as per the law will be deducted as per norms

EMD of the successful bidder will be refunded only after completion of the Agreement period and EMD held will be treated as security deposit in case of any breach of contract
