Construction of Missing Link i.e. Additional CD at RD 43580m of Kanupur Main Canal of Kanupur Irrigation project

Excavation of foundation of structures by manual/ mechanical means in all kinds of soil ( This shall include ordinary soil, sand, silt, slushy soil, hard soil, gravelly soil, stoney earth mixed with gravels, pebbles, stone boulder not exceeding 0.014cum by volume, moorum, etc.) in both wet and dry condition, including cost of dewatering of foundation, coffer dam, dressing, levelling the foundation bed and sides as per drawing and specification, all leads, lifts, de-lifts etc, depositing the useful approved excavated earth in the canal embankments in filling section in layers not exceeding 22.5cm. in depth, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and depositing the un-useful surplus materials in spoil banks or on any other specified space with proper section as directed, by manual/mechanical means, with cost of all leads, lifts, de-lifts, loading and unloading, handling and re-handling, with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, diversion road, and all taxes, royalties,cess, T&P etc. complete, with all cost incidental to the work as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation of structures by manual/ mechanical means in DI rock, laterite rock and soft rock not requiring blasting, removable by pick-axe and crow bars, in both wet and dry condition including cost of all incidental charges etc., depositing the excavated materials either in spoil bank or in any other specified space,as directed, by manual/ mechanical means, all leads, lifts, de-lifts etc., dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories, coffer dams, dressing and levelling the bed and sides, with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, all taxes, royalties,cess, and T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with selected excavated materials by mechanical/ manual means and lying in layers, duly compacted, including watering, ramming, with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete M-15 grade with 40mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, laying manually in approved surface, with cost of all materials, leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour,cess, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps, all accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concreteconfirming to M-20 grade in approved surface with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts , de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, including cost of labour,cess, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps, accessories and hire and running charges of all machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete confirming to M-25 grade in approved surface with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts , de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, including cost of labour,cess, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps, accessories and hire and running charges of all machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete in canal structures with F1 finish using steel shutter plates of approved specification for all surfaces including supply of shutter plates and all other materials, T & P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechanical/ manual means and dismantling of forms and finishing the surface complete with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, and all taxes, royalties, cess etc. including all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete in canal structures with F2 finish using steel shutter plates of approved specification for all surfaces including supply of shutter plates and all other materials, T & P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechanical/ manual means and dismantling of forms and finishing the surface complete with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, and all taxes, royalties, cess etc. including all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering at all heights of trough and road slab of aqueduct bridges, deck slabs and soffit slabs using required nos of pylons for vertical supports of scaffolding centering and shuttering with joists, N.G.rails and channels and shuttering plates including welding,bolting cost,conveyance, royality and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and disposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, straightening the coiled or bent up MS/HYSD bars (SAIL/TATA/ZINDAL/SHYAM/ RUNGTA STEEL), cutting, bending, and placing the grills in position with ties, chairs, spacers and binding the grills in position with binding wires 18 to 20 gauge, lapping and splicing, welding the joints wherever necessary for RCC works, as per approved designs and drawings and technical specification, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour, cess etc. with cost of diversion roads, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment in any shape at all)
