Repair and maintenance of 25 KWp solar power plant at BOP KM Para of 33 Bn BSF under SHQ BSF Panisagar

Dismentling of existing 25 KWp solar plant PV Panels from ground mounted structure, disconnecting of DC cable /MC4 connectors carefully without damaging panels, lowering the panel safely from structure level and shifting the same upto 500 Mtr lead with in premises including loading, unloading manual carriage/trolley and proper stacking at designated location etc. complete as required.

Dismentling of existing 2 volt 750 AH VRLA/Tubular Gel battery of 25 KWp solar power plant from installed location including disconnecting of battery terminals, lugs and interconnecting cables carefully, removal from battery stand/plateform, lifting and handiling with proper safety precautions and shifting the same upto 500 Mtr lead with in premises, including loading, unloading manual carriage/ trolley and proper stacking at designated location complete etc. as required.

Dismentling of existing 25 KWp solar power plant PCU unit alongwith FJBs, AJBs, MJBs, DCDB & ACDB, and all allied supporting structure, DC cables , cable tray and other relevant acessaries from installed position, including disconnecting of all incoming & outgoing cables, lugs, gland and earthing connections carefully removing the unit from foundations/wall mounting arrangements without damage and shifting the same upto 500 Mtr lead with in permises, including reinstallation on selected site with relaying and dressing of DC cables, and refixing of all structure with proper termination with lugs & glands earthing connection testing and commissioning of complete system etc. as required.

Shifting of existing battery bank holding structure/stand fabricated from MS angle/channels sections from installed position, disconnecting the earthing connections carefully and 500 Mtr lead with in the permises, including loading unloading and manual carriage/trolley and reinstallation or fixed with proper aligment with fasteners/nuts-bolts, painting of damaged/rusted portion and making ready for placement of battery complete and as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Installation of existing 2 Volt, 750 AH VRLA/Tubular Gel Battery bank of 25 KWp solar power plant on existing battery stand, including proper placement and alignment of battery on stand, reconnection of battery terminals, lugs and interconnections cables, tightening of connection with suitable tools, polarity checking, cleaning of terminals and application of petrolimum jelly/anti-corrosive compound as complete battery bank ready for operation in all respects as per direction of Engg-in-Charge

Dismentling of existing solar PV module mounting structure fabricated from MS angle/channel/C-Sections including rails, bracing base plate clamps nut-bolts from installed position carefully wherever required without causing damage to reusable members lowering stacking and segregating the dismentled materials component wise cleaning the site preparing detailed inventory list of material indicating description and quantity and handing over the same to nearest BOP/stores in good condition complete as required and as per direction by Engg-in-charge

Providing fabrication supplying and fixing of MS module mounting structure on existing roof top for installation of existing 25 KWp solar PV Panels with C-Channel/MS Angle Frame base plate nut-bolts clamps cutting welding drilling grouting and proper anchoring with RCC roof with installation testing commissioning connections, interconnections of existing panels complete etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of MC-4 type DC connector suitable for solar PV applications 4/6 Sq.mm DC solar cable/wire, including proper crimping, insulation check and ensuring proper polarity complete complete etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 4.0 sqmm sizes cooper conductor, cross linked polyolefin Zero Halogen Insulated, UV resistant, Solar DC cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. ( Color Cooding used in Positive & Negative ternimal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
