01-OHE Maintenance Activity

Checking and Maintenance of Cantilever assembly

Checking and maintenance of 25 kV OHE conductors.

Checking & maintenance of all type of 25 KV OHE Jumpers not covered in other items 2.0

Checking & maintenance of Overlaps (IOL) & (UIOL)

Checking & Maintenance of Anti Creep arrangement

Checking & Maintenance of 25 KV Isolator (SP/DP) including earthing heel arrangement if any.

Checking & Maintenance of 25 KV OHE at Turnouts

Checking & Maintenance of 25 KV OHE on a cross over

Checking & Maintenance of Section Insulator Assembly

Checking & Maintenance of Auto tension Device (ATD) (Yearly)

Foot patrolling to be carried out along with schedule with one DFCCIL staff

Checking & maintenance of all type of bonds & BEC connection including cleaning of muffs at OHE mast

Removal of & Re erection of bonds/Clamp of various type during track machine working or Erection of missing/new bonds including Paint etc.

Attending of leaned mast in the section

Checking & Maintenance of PTFE type neutral section (Quarterly)

Checking and Maintenance of Portal boom & drop arms free from foreign body including bird nests/kite

Trimming of tree branches to maintain minimum 5-to-6-meter clearance from OHE Per Track

Erection of 25 KV overhead equipment including OHE wiring as per requirement

Checking and compilation of hotspot ( detection of hotspot by DFCCIL staff) of OHE using Thermo vision camera by a skilled Engineer

Stenciling/Painting of rail level, implantation, MRL, ERL & location number etc. Sed Parameters

Painting of counter weight of ATD & guy rod assembly including marking of Y value.

Checking and maintenance of Feeder Termination and AEC termination

Drilling of hole for Bond in front of SSP A type SP and TSS for burried rail as per requirement

Providing and replacing of DO Fuse at Auxiliary Transformer of 1 A/ 5A as per requirement. (fuse element will be supplied by the DFCC)

Maintenance of Auxiliary Transformer at Station and ALH and TH Locations

Checking and maintenance of 25 kV OHE feeder & AEC conductors excluding termination arrangement

Checking of Earthing station of FOB/ ROB/Auxilliary Transformer/PTFE Neutral section/ station/Building

Maintenance of ACOS changeover panel, distribution fuse box for Auxiliary Transformer at Station and ALH and TH Locations

Transportation of labour gang/material in every block section vehicle Tata SFC 610 or similar type vehicle kept at station during maintenance/breakdown
