Providing and fixing Pannelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clear storey windows including bright finish black enamel led iron butt hinges with necessary screws 50 mm thick: 1st class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge d esignation 85-G with a wire of dia 0.56mm for doors and windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 1st class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nut or by screws within all leads and lifts: a) Ornamental Grill

Distempering with Oil bound washable distemper of approved brand complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease & dirt and other foreigm matter a) Ready mixed paint

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters. white paint

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete.With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome.

Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)over previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with Aluminium paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaing of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter:

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt,loose or softened paint.

Half Brick thick honey comb brick work with common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 sand) First Class Bricks

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling / wedging out of soft/hard rock , where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting , planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil seperataly , returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as suspended etc.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. Inner side of filter bed complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:- Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D specification including all leads and lifts

Writing letters or figures on any surface with black japan paint (stops,comas,hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid separately)
