Annual comprehensive maintenance of 4.0 TR Cassette/Tower type airconditioners of different makes located at Birsi Airport and ATC building including replacement of faulty compressor and providing all necessary consumables and spares parts, carrying out monthly servicing and also includes replacement of damage insulation, taping etc., painting of outdoor units once a year and fault rectification including gas charging, labour charges as required and as per special conditions complete etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of size 1/2" and 1/4" comprising suction and discharge pipes complete with nitrile rubber insulation sleeves, brazing including providing of clamps etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of size 5/8" and 3/8" comprising suction and discharge pipes complete with nitrile rubber insulation sleeves, brazing including providing of clamps etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 4.0TR/3.0/2.0/1.5 TR AC Units with acceerious including loading and un loading complete etc. as required upto AAI store.
