S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7 to 8 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item No 22 to 27 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement mortal screed bed/ back coat. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

All as per item No 38 here-in-above, but two coats of cement base paint.

M&L complete removal of existing any type of treatment of walls by rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander/ long handle sander and finally Jet pressure washing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge applying two coats of antifungal exterior weather proof paint having alkalie & anti fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon aditives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm as per manufacture's instructions complete alas directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth all as specified in SSR Part-I and applying one coat of Ist quality synthetic enamel paint, complete all as directed.
