Supply and fixing in replacement 12mm dia, 300mm long end termination aluminium rod fitted with rivets/ nuts & bolts on and including 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe 1.20m long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 25mm x 4mm GI strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batter or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 32mm x 6mm GI strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batter or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm with saddles/ epoxy or porcelain insulators and fixing screws for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work will be carried out at sites where height varies from 3.00m to 30.00m and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this element. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for replacement of copper strip 20mm x 3mm with saddles/ epoxy or porcelain insulators and fixing screws for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 2.00 to 5.00: Quoted unit rates shall be deemed to include for drilling of holes in the strip including provision of nuts, bolts, washers etc. required for jointing and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for replacement of test point terminal block of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of copper sulphate (CuSO4) and pouring into earth pit after mixing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of magnesium sulphate (MgSO4) and pouring into earth pit after mixing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1, pit cover of precast RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using graded stone aggregate & reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 kg/ sqm and frame, charcoal, salt including earth lead protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering including dismantling existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm and GI 40mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. Old earthing may have been burried down to a depth of exceeding 2.25 mtr below ground level. No extra payment will be made if excavation is done beyong 2.25 mtr deep to retrive the old earthing.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper strip earth lead strip 20mm x 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1, pit cover of precast RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using graded stone aggregate & reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 kg/ sqm and frame, charcoal, salt including earth lead protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering including dismantling existing conventional type earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Copper earth lead strip 20mm x 3mm and GI 40mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.Old earthing may have been burried down to a depth of exceeding 2.25 mtr below ground level. No extra payment will be made if excavation is done beyong 2.25 mtr deep to retrive the old earthing.

M&L for installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing using 40mm dia 3.00m long GI earthing electrode capsule and comprising the following including dismantling of old conventional earthing complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Making a hole of 150mm dia to a depth of 3.50m below ground level and placing earthing electrode inside the hole. (b) Filling back fill earth enhancing compound of superior quality (Qty approx 50Kg) properly mixed with all around the earthing electrode. (c) Continuously compacting the back filling compound to form a uniform mixture all around the earthing electrode. (d) Construction of brick masonry earth pit of internal size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm with half brick thick wall including 15mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth and providing CI cover with frame over the pit. (e) Testing the earthing for earth resistance. Earth resistance should not be less than 5 Ohms. In case the test results are not found below 5 Ohms, complete earthing shall be re-done without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply of common salt and pouring into earth pit after mixing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling existing damaged earthing pit chamber and construction of new earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using graded stone aggregate including provision of funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electric plate No. 3 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cover for earth pit will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for replacement of earthing pit cover of size 60cm x 60cm x 5cm thick casted from RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c including provision of two No. 200mm long lifting handles of 10mm dia round bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25cm thick in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying & stretching of cable) complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness overall 18cm shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks as in protection of cable laid dry flat perpendicular to direction of cable abutting each other complete all specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made (CPRI approved) cubical type of LT panel outdoor type of suitable size, compartment type, dust, water & vermin proof duly powder coated made out of angle iron 50mm x 60mm x 6mm & MS sheet covering 3.15mm thick floor mounted including four legs of 60cm long of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm for grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with front openable door having canopy for protection all surface including 250 Amp rated TPN aluminium bus bar of suitable size with colour code tape duly prewired with colour coded copper cable multistranded of suitable size with copper thimbles as per manufacturer's design and specifications; the overall size of panel shall be as per manufacturer’s instruction with and including provision of the following fitting, fixture and accessories fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed:- INCOMING (a) MCCB 100Amp, 4 pole, 25KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting- 01 No.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete as specified and directed. Note for item No. 10.00 & 11.00:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, TP 100 Amps, 16 KA, 50Hz, 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, TP 63 Amps, 16 KA, 50Hz, 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, FP 100 Amps, 16 KA, 50Hz, 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, FP 63 Amps, 16 KA, 50Hz, 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fitting 90 watts, 230 volts AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management for multiple optics complete with IP 65/ 66 protection complete all specified and directed.
