Repair and Painting works of Intake well substation,Petrol Bunk,Filter Bed Pump House and other allied Jobs in Township area of FACT (Cochin Division)

Dismantling and clearing away any thickness of rubble, brick, laterite in CM including disposal of debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling AC/GI /Tufflite/Aluminium sheet roofing / side cladding & depositing the debris away from plant limit within a distance of 150 m

Dismantling and removing wrought and framed timber roof and floor and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions.

Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling and removing the existing rolling shuters of any size including removal of drum,springs, pipe shaft with brackets, side guide and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Dismantling and removing windows / ventilators/ shelves/cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Clearing grass & other over growth of vegetation & small trees of girth up to 30 cm including removal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m outside the periphery of area cleared as per deptl.instructions

Trimming, dressing & sectioning of road berms, slopes & earth surface in all classes of soil and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m and levelling the area.

Clearing grass & removal of waste materials, rubbish etc.from top of building roof, sunshade etc. up to a distance of 150 m outside the periphery of area cleared as per instructions at site.

Clearing & cleaning all sizes of masonry drains (inside drain, top of side wall etc.)

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- Up to 1.5 m depth from ground level.

Plain Cement Concrete work in 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Providing pre-cast RCC fencing post 150x100x2500 mm size with 25 mm dia holes @ 200mm minimum c/c for drawing barbed wire in cement concrete 1:1½:3 including all charges for boxing, mixing, laying, consolidating, conveying carefully and fixing in position to lines and levels and filling the holes with cement mortar 1:4 etc.complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, fabricating, and fixing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with High strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade conforming to IS 1786 including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed steel wire of 16 SWG , etc. complete INCLUDING COST OF STEEL (The reinforcement steel shall be of M/s. RINL/SAIL/TISCO)

Brick work in CM 1:6 with country burnt bricks for super structure in ground floor up to 5 m height.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for dadoing to walls over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying with approved brand rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with approved brand and design tiles of size 600 x 600 mm or nearest available size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions, handrails etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Glazing/Panelling the Aluminium frame work of doors/other areas with 5.50 mm glass and 4 mm thick hylam sheets (40% hylam sheet aproximate) and powder coated Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors/other area)

Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows/ventilators with 3 mm or nearest thick glass panes and powder coated Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of windows / ventilators)

Fencing with GI two strand four point barbed wire No.14 drawn through holes of RCC posts / Y angle already fixed (Post / Y angle excluding) including tightening to full rigidity without any sagging and grouting the holes with CM 1:4 if required etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing grilled rolling shutters of approved make and painted with two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over two coats of zinc chromate primer, made of suitable dia MS bars inter locked together through their entire length and jointing together at the end by end locks mounted on a specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guide and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operation etc. complete as per the design approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing approved quality top cover for rolling shutter.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels braced with flat iron diagonals with top and bottom rail of T-iron complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, as per IS 10521 spec or design as approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, stacking and spreading 36 mm hard granite broken stone inside the yard as per departmental instructions (Measurement will be made on stack measurement)

Spray painting with red oxide metal primer one coat after preparing the surface by removing scales, rust, dust, etc. and applying metal putty wherever necessary and rubbing with emery paper without damage and covering the areas wherever necessary with cellulose paper, cleaning the waste from the site etc. including cost of materials, labour charges, air compressor etc. as per deptl. instructions. (Electric power will be supplied by the Company free of cost).

Spray painting with synthetic enamel paint one coat/succeeding coat after cleaning the surface well and applying metal putty wherever necessary and rubbing with emery paper without damage and covering the areas wherever necessary with cellulose paper, cleaning the waste from the site etc. including cost of materials, labour charges, air compressor etc. as per deptl. instructions. (Electric power will be supplied by the Company free of cost).

Painting one priming coat on new/old iron work with approved quality zinc chromate metal primer after rubbing with emery paper and cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labour etc.

Painting one coat synthetic enamel paint of suitable colour using approved quality paint as specified to old wood/iron work after rubbing with sand paper cleaning the surface including cost of all materials and labour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality paint as specified one coat (over a priming coat already done and paid separately) for wood work/iron work after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials and labour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint for each succeeding coat for woodwork/ ironwork including cost of all materials and labour.

Painting one coat of priming coat on plastered surface (interior) with approved quality cement primer after cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour etc.

Distempering with oil bound distemper on new/old work one coat including finishing smoothly with sand paper.

Distempering with oil bound distemper on new/old work for succeeding coat including finishing smoothly with sand paper.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well.

Painting with one coat of “ exterior primer” of approved quality to walls after neatly cleaning the surface by removing loose paint, dirt etc.by cleaning with water, scrapping etc. at all heights including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per instructions.

Painting with one coat of Exterior emulsion Paints of approved quality and colour over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning with cotton waste including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc complete at all heights as per departmental instructions

Painting with one coat to old surface/succeeding coat of external emulsion of approved quality and colour after cleaning with cotton waste including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc complete at all heights as per departmental instructions

Painting letters or figures 2.50 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint.

Felling trees of the girth ( measured at a height of 1m above ground level ) including uprooting,cutting of trunks and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material -Beyond 30 cm girth up to and including 60 cm girth
