Material and labour for excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface (in cutting or filling) of roads with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions which occur during rolling including provision of water, road roller, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone (spread thickness) 100mm thick interstices filled, surface formed and each layer rolled separately with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite ; of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated each layer separately to gradient materials and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified & directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor with neat finish complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Proper slope should be maintained for drainage and surface should be free from undulation.

Materials and labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 8 layer acrylic synthetic flooring for basketball court, colour as per choice, one layer acrylic surface, 3 layer of imported high class sports field granule cushion, 2 layer of imported high class sports field powder cushion, 2 layer colour coating, UV resistant specular reflection 15 degree celsius, 100% acrylic complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Flooring shall be done as per manufacture's instruction, experienced agency or it's rep.

S & F for basket ball poles dia 6-8 inch pipe with 2.20 m height, cast acrylic back board 1800x1050/20 mm with angle frame of required size and shape, fixed in position with dunk ring spring action, slam dunk ring as per Indian standard and providing water removing roller for wiping the ground from dust and water, size 36 inches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in, including spearding levelling watering and well ramming in layer n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering with CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc 30 cm but inner girth upto 60 cm in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated sheathed 3 core multi-stranded copper conductor, FRLSH, size 2.5 Sqmm including PVC casing caping / PVC conduit medium duty of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia on wall / floor etc, including PVC fittings such as bends,Tee and boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified as directed. (Make : C&S/Indoasian/Havells/L&T/Legrand/ABB)

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia length upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade) not exc 7.5 mtr, alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Errection steel tubular swaged welded poles 8.5 meter long conforming to IS-2317/1980 type 410 SP-22 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Earth work and PCC work for base and coping shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40mm graded stone aggregated for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work and demolition of old unserviceable concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m for foundation etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 250 watt 230 V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics IP 66 with front toughened glass and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corroson resistant with driver and lamp complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 65, inside dimension 182x180x111 mm with provision of connector/terminal for cable 16 sqmm size to be fixed on pole/ wall with suitable size of clamp, nut, bolts and washer made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - Cape Cat no. CJB 008PC or equivalent in Hensel/Syntex/ National)

M&L for cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/ cable etc. with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches / fixed to pole with MS clamp,nut, bolt etc complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS clamp, nut, bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Supply and fixing, commissioning, testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core, with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, fixed to pole, wall/roof and make good distrubed surface including cable glands of required size of aluminium thimble for making connection complete all as specified and directed.
