At APDJ Div - Electrical work at APDJ Division:- CAMC of Cummins make 500 KVA DA set in power car for schedule maintenance job of Diesel Engine and it's alternator including escorting of power car of train no. 15483/84 S. M Exp for a period of 2 years.

Financial Standing: The Bidders will be qualified only if they have minimum financialcapabilities as below:

TI- Financial Turnover :The bidder should have an aggregate financial turnover not lessthan 1.5 times the advertised Bid value during the last three previous financial years andin the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender. The audited balancesheet reflecting financial turnover certified by chartered accountant with her stamp.signature and membership number shall be considered.

T2- Liquidity: The bidder should have access to or has available liquid assets, lines of|credit and other financial means to meet cash flow that is valued al 5% of the estimatedbid value net of applicant's commitments for other contracts. The audited balance sheetand/or banking reference certified by chartered accountant with her stamp, signature andmembership number shall be submitted by the bidder along with bid. Banking referenceshould contain in clear terms the amount that bank will be in a position to lend for thisWork to the applicant/member of the Joint Venture/Consortium. In case the Net CurrentAssets (as seen from the Balance Sheets) are negative, only the Banking references willbe considered. Otherwise the aggregate of the Net Current Assets and submittedBanking references ill be considered for working out the Liquidity. The banking referenceshould be from a Scheduled Bank in India and it should not be more than 3 months oldas on date of submission of bids.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed * in the last three previous financialyears and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender, one similarsingle service contract ** for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the bid. *Completed service contract includes on-going service contract subject to payment ofbills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid. ** Similar servicecontract means -"(i)"The firm should have experience of maintenance (including AMC &CMC) /repair/rehabilitation/manufacture of minimum 100 KVA DA sets. The firm shouldhave repaired/ rehabilitated/manufactured at least 50 DA sets of minimum 100 KVAcapacity or should have successfully executed maintenance work (including AMC &CMC) of DA sets of minimum 100KVA capacity for minimum 1200 units (calculated as -DA Sets x Months) during last five years and should have manpower with competencyfor working on voltages above 750V. And (ii)The firm should have experience ofmaintenance (including AMC & CMC) /repair/rehabilitation/manufacture of minimum 500KVA DA sets. The firm should have repaired/ rehabilitated/manufactured at least 50 DAsets of minimum 500 KVA capacity or should have successfully executed maintenancework (including AMC & CMC) of DA sets of minimum 500KVA capacity for minimum1200 units (calculated as -DA Sets x Months) during last five years and should havemanpower with competency for working on voltages above 750V." . Works experiencecertificate from private individual shall not be accepted. Certificate from public listedcompany/private company/Trust having annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and abovesubject to the same being issued from their Head Office by a person of the companyduly enclosing his authorization by the management for issuing such credentials. Note :The bidder shall submit details of work executed by them in the prescribed format alongwith bid for the service contracts to be considered for qualification of work experiencecriteria clearly indicating the nature/scope of contract, actual completion cost and actualdate of completion for such contract.

Contractors must have to submit Electrical Contractor's License. Tenderer(s) are also required to submit PAN and GST registration.

Undertaking by the tenderer that "the equipment for EI / Axle Counter(SSDAC/MSDAC/HASSDAC) / AFTC/ RTU / Datalogger / UFSBI / IPS / Inverter/ UPS shall be procured from RDSO approved sources and installation, testingand commissioning of the same shall also be got done from the same sourceincluding after sales support required during the warranty period" asmentioned in the eligibility criteria.

Form III to be filled and submitted by tenderers if covered under clause 17 and18 under "conditions of tender".

Tenderer should advise the number of Engineer, Supervisors and CableJointers/Artisans employed by him or going to be employed with their names,qualifications, bio-data and experience in this particular trade underconsideration along with the Tender.

Irrevocable letters of commitment of the said supervisors and keytechnicians/artisans for doing the works shall be furnished along with tenderpapers, if they are not already in employment of the tenderer.

The following documents should be specified for submission along with tender:- a) List of Personnel, Organization available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work. b) List of Plant & Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work. c) List of works completed in the last three financial years giving description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. d) List of works on hand indicating description of work, contract value approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award. e) Valid electrical contractor's license issued by the State Govt., f) Supervisory License issued by the state Govt. g) Name of the Engineer/ Diploma holder:- (i) One qualified Graduate Engineer when the cost of the work to be executed is rupees two hundered (200) lakhs and above & (ii) One qualified Diploma Holder (Engineer) when the cost of the work to be executed is more than rupees twenty five (25) lakhs, but less than rupees Two hunderd (200) lakhs.
