M & L fabrication of MS busbar chamber of nominal dimension 900 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar of size 50 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators TPN type out door weather/vermin proof with both way opening duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openings pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser with one No incommer MCCB 250 Amp 25 KA incl making connection /thimbles complete all as sepcified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted surface of LT Panel board indoor/outdoor type of any size by cleaning removing of the old paint by scraping with wire brush/sand paper etc and including minor repair to panel in different location where required with arc/gas welding with replacement of hinges and place the door in original position denting/patching of broken/rusted surfaces etc and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/ outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F in repair MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 400 Amps 50 Hz 50 KA alongwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Necessary addition /alteration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

Supply and installing commissioning and testing of LT feeder pillar outdoor type of size 900mmX900mmX450mm CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed on and including ventilation and louvers arrangement PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of required/suitable size and as directed at site with angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm, 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer red oxide and keeping adequate working space inside of the box (outer width of the box not less than 45cm and gap between bus bar not less than one inch) and double door handle including locking arrangement wih 1 No pad lock as directed before manufacturing the panel.Including dismantling/ disconnection of old rusted LT panels with accessories. The draing of the feeder pillar box will be approved by Engr-in-Charge and the same have the following electric controls : (i) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps for phase and neutral. (ii) MCCB 200 Amp 25KA, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 Hz fixed thermal & magnetic setting (As in coming) – 01 No (iii) MCB 63 Amp ,4 pole, 415 volts (As out going)-04 No

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point completed all as specified and directed.

Taking out old defective cable from trenches/ floor/road/wall/pipe/pole /service connections of any size , testing with LT magger , seggregating the serviceable part of cables and store for relaying complete all as specified & directed. Note : Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured sepertely in relevant item.

Supply and laying in replacement of OH ACSR Conductor / XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe of cross sectional area 240 Sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be inclusive of connection including cable glands and lugs.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches, punning complete all as specified and directed Note:- Punning thickness of 18 cm will be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat/lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed.

M&L Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 100/80 mm bore at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for crossing the cable and making good both the ends all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measure and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade of following dia for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed. (a) 50 mm dia

(b) 80 mm dia

(c) 100 mm dia

S&F in repair loop-in-loop out box of size 30x20x20cm made out from 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x 2mm-4 Nos fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 6 Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts,bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for spraying chemical (Roundup) on area to remove unwanted vegitation / grass at E/M installations / 2 pole/ 4 pole structures complete all as specified and directed. Note : Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply ,fixing ,commisioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 12KW3P, three phase, max load 12KW or equivalent of other make complete all as specified and directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT/HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Tools & plants including safety measures equipments like belt, ladder & ropes etc shall be arranged by the contractor at own cost. (b) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistance will be provided by MES Staff.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing by means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bars @ 150 C/C with one handle and funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade PVC insulated aluminium conductor screened served with inner sheathed in service connection flat twin core cable of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT PVC electrical insulation tape roll 25 mtr x 17 mm long (Pack of 10 taps) multicolour ISI marked.
