Spl repairs/replacement of LT overhead line to LT UG cable and security lights in offrs md accn area (RA-20, RA-22, RA-13, RA-14) at DSC Centre Kannur under AGE (I) Cannanore

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminous road surfaces for laying cable / GI pipe etc and providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) ,type B2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling road cuttings surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation required below paving/road shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 3.5 core 120sqmm Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to LT panel/feeder pillar box/junction box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

Supply and spreading in trenches with fine dry river sand for cushioning of cable and compacted in layers all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured / paid.

M&L for GI tubing, 50mm bore light grade, galvanized, with all fittings required such as bends, Tees, elbows, sockets, fixing clamps etc for protection of cable/GI strip in road crossing/fixing on ploe, wall etc all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 13 here in before but 80mm bore all as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable existing cross arms of any type and any size including insulators, bracing support clamps and back plate by unscrewing bolt and nuts etc from pole all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any size, type, capacity complete all as directed

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly including insulators complete all as directed

Dismantling old unserviceable earth continuity conductor and cradles all as directed

Dismantling of defective/perished ACSR conductor over head line from existing pole, service feeder or distribution span all as directed

M & L for PVC weather proof junction boxes of size 250 x200 x100 mm with PVC connector, heavy duty connector 2 way 16 amps and one MCB SP, 6 Amps and making necessary cable connection all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting electrically PVC insulated electric cable with aluminum conductor twin core flat of size 2.5qmm from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC pipe heavy duty 20mm bore fixed on pole with 2Nos suitable clamps, nut, bolts and washers from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED security light fitting 45 watt on LT pole of height 4 to 9 mtr pole new generation energy svaing and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. S&F brackets for street light fitting made of 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade 1.5m long bend to shape with flat Iron clamps 25 x 3 mm thick, two Nos with nuts,bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of new LT feeder pillar panel, CPRI approved make from the list att, outdoor cubical type double door, compartmentrised, dust, vermin, weather proof with front and back opening made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with 50x50x5 mm angle iron frame/legs at bottom floor mounted, double door, with neopene gasket and locking arrangement, powder coated on all sides/surface internally and externally with earth terminals on two sides mounted on and including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B2. (a) MCCB 4 pole ,35 KA, 415 volt, with thermal magnatic release 200 amps - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole ,25 KA, 415 volt, with thermal magnatic release 63amps - 08 No (outgoing) (c) MCB TPN 40amp, 415V-3Nos (d) MCB SPN 32amp, 415V-2Nos (e) Bus bar set of aluminium 200 amps for R,Y,B and100 amps for neutral- 01 set (f) Internal wiring of panel board with suitable size FRLS grade copper cable of 1100 Volt with connection through copper lugs /thimbles at ends - 01 Job. Note :- Rate quoted shall deem to include for GI earth wire and GI pipe lead upto 7.5m length.
