Earthwork excavation in foundation in hard soil within initial lead of 50m and intial lift of 1.5m including rough dressing and levelling the bed & as per specifiction approved by the E.I.C.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed (per Cum.)including all costs of labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & laying PCC (1:3:6) with 40mm size black hard granite metal in including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required etc.complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Brick masonary work of fly ash brick of size (25cmx12cmx8cm) in Super structure in CM (1:6) including including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) conforming to (IS- 1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

12mm Thick Cement Plaster in CM 1:6 on Brick work both side including all cost of labour,materials etc Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

16mm Thick Cement Plaster in CM 1:6 on Brick work both side including all cost of labour,materials etc Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat with any approved shade including cost of paint on New Plastered surface of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete.
