Certificate of registration of firm under Employee State Insurance (ESI) Act. (Attach latest ECR)

Attested copy of last three years Income Tax Returns

Provident fund A/C No. allotted by PF Commissioner. (Attach latest ECR)

Proof of Local office address in the tricity of Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula (Appendix-V)

Annual turnover of last 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Appendix-III)

Affidavit that (i) the firm has not been black listed by any Government organization and that (ii) the firm has not quoted lower rates for the same type and quantum of work elsewhere in the current financial year that the rates quoted for this tender.

The firm should have A-Class Electrical Contractor Licence

Bidders to Quote Lumpsum Price for yearly cost to carry out the HVAC works including cost as mentioned in the Estimated Cost inclusive of all taxes (excluding GST)

Bidders are required to quote LumSum Price for yearly cost for the work (as detailed in description of work in the tender document and for the manpower required for maintenance as per Attachment -1) inclusive of all taxes (except GST). GST will be applicable as per the prevalant rate notified by the Government and shall not be the part of the price bid.

Rate to be quoted in Indian Rupees only.
